Yes, but otherwise it's a good case. I don't like the white marks/stains the black Sheath picks up on the back and think the gray might not get these marks. I also do like the open Paragon. I'm only ordering 1 and I'm done 🙄

I received a similar email from Amazon back in January after returning my second iPhone 17 Pro Max. Mine wasn't nearly as friendly as yours, though. They claimed they'd noticed I frequently return damaged items 😳 - which I have NEVER done! I haven't returned a single thing since then. 😂

I already caved and ordered the Tineeowl DuneX in Blush Too Hard today (not without jumping through some hoops). ETA May 12th. Hope this case holds up to expectations 😅

I ordered it in February in Blush Too Hard and I did not like it. It felt a little too bulky for my liking. The buttons were perfect though and I didn’t like that it had started to pick up stains from my day to day living, so I returned it. I definitely like the Bright Guava better.
I think I’m going open gray sheath as well, although the blue does not show any noticeable marks.
Much like the tank, the second copy of the sheath precise I received is much better than the first. Texture seems less aggressive, fit is spot on, and no misaligned cutouts. I think I’ll swap the azurite paragon for open sheath and be done.
Interesting, I wonder what the % threshold is for returns to get this flag. I’ve had a handful lately and didn’t see any notice, maybe because I have some recurring subscriptions that balance it out.

Thankfully bulky doesn’t matter to me (sent from the Tank 😄), the staining does bother me though. I guess we’ll see.
The cases this year have been a disappointment in general. I still haven't found the right case that offers good protection, feels nice in the hand and has a tight fit.
The Caudabe Paragon is too slippery and is uncomfortable to hold. I don't like the rough sandpaper like feel of the Caudabe Sheath & dBrand Grip. The Mous Limitless is too expensive and has quality control issues.

Maybe I got a good copy or it’s wearing in, but I don’t find the Sheath even a little bit rough and sandpaper like feel.

Have you tried, say, a Flolab Surtect? Superb protection, tight fight, comfortable in the hand and not the most expensive. Not slippery but also not the grippiest. The frosted ones hide fingerprints well.
And if you don’t mind some bulk, the Bellroy Venture is a joy to hold with great protection and tight fit. Albeit also not the grippiest.

The Surtec seems like a great case though. If I’m getting one I will get the frosted back.

Out of 10 purchases I return 3-4 of them. So far they gave me a friendly warning it seems like.

Go Black Open Paragon. I had two Gray sheaths and sent both back. I find regardless of color, it just collects little particles in the texture of the case and drove me nuts. Also the Gray highlights any imperfections more than the black one if that matters at all to you.
