Good thing I just used my reward points for that borked paragon
They did this same exact thing a few years ago where they said they were going to stop the rewards program and to use all your points before it ended. Then when the time came they were like we’ll actually keep it going “never mind” lol

Wonder if it’s a tactic to up sales and get people to feel obligated to buy so their points don’t go to waste or if they actually mean it this time.

Either way to have had a rewards program and then to take it away especially from “VIP” customers that have been loyal every year is not a great move on their part imo.

Well I know this tactic from other shops so I would not be surprised. Not a good look. Did they also put AI in charge of their business?

I was wondering if it was a tactic too.

I just ordered this last night.

I was reasonably comfortable with it on the titanium phones, but not on the aluminum, which is a bummer. My rotation on the 17PM is Beats Rugged, Nomad Rugged, and the Tank when it arrives.
I had the edge for my 15PM until it slipped off my driver seat onto the driveway and cracked the screen protector. Pried it off (with a lot of effort) and never used it again. 😅
And then we had that horror story back in the fall where a user here put the edge on her 17PM, could not get it off again and then accidentally dropped the phone from shoulder height and dented the phone… yeah no thanks. 😬

I never imagined this kind of rotation for you lol. I still love the ultra slims even with this “butter soft” phone. I guess they call it the “Edge” case for living on the edge! 😄

That’s such a shame… I know having to redesign their whole concept around this new huge camera pleateau opening must have been challenging for some of these companies, but the bad QC is so prevalent now, it’s enraging. There’s no excuse for this. Especially with cases that cost a small fortune.

Did you order from Mous directly?
Mous are also very expensive, probably the most expensive out of the big name makers? No excuse imo.

Me neither! Circumstances can change though. Besides wanting more protection because of the aluminum build, I also need it because I’m now using the phone camera on some photo projects. Don’t want to be babying the phone when out in the field while distracted and juggling with other devices.

They are such nice cases. And yes, you’re definitely living on the edge. 😉
