Just a heads up on your request. To make your photo fit without stretching it and it becoming distorted would be impossible. This is due to the original size. To make it fit without cropping, will leave you with space at the top and bottom that would require being filled in or left just black. Below is something I did quickly to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

I tracked it down. It's from the Galaxy S4 mini from Rogers Canada. Unless I can find a system dump, or a stock ROM, I am outta luck.

Too bad. It looks pretty cool.
