There's a lot of different ways this can be done, here's one option.

Yes it can be made for zoomed view, but I will require a screenshot with zoomed view and that page would need to be full of apps. I do not have a 6 Plus to test on.

I think so, maybe it would work better with one of the other DK levels (I'm thinking the second level with the blue horizontal girders). I've also seen some examples with the slanted girders and ladders going between the icons. I'm going to try both and see what looks better.

While I'm doing that, here's a Zoom compatible version of the pacman wallpaper.
