Here are the pictures... just want to make sure I did it right... the reference number is order number "Wxxxxxxx" minus the last two numbers right?

Mine is exactly the same. Scanned at the same time 9:45 PM and no movement supposed to be Sept. 16th
I did have one iPhone and suddenly showed up scanned in the USA even though it didn't show as departed.
I also had another hung up in customs getting out of China (or somehow that is what we concluded).
But both arrived in time!

For what it's worth: I can track my phone via UPS by reference number (the phone number tied to my apple ID account), it left Anchorage. It does not, however, show up under devices in my apple support profile.
Mine is the same. UPS says its in Nashville. My delivery date on Apple is the 27th.

Two phones ordered at :21 and :25. Both deliver by 9/16. Both have been preparing for shipment since Saturday morning. Both are up on support profile as of this afternoon, but can't pull up on either Fedex or UPS. What gives?

I have the same. In profile preparing but no tracking.

Got this email from Apple. But when i contact Apple and Verizon neither of the two understand why. Cause they both show that i am good on their end. They both told me to keep waiting till my shipping confirmation to come in.

Something similar happened to me with the 3GS launch on AT&T. My order was inexplicably canceled, and neither Apple nor AT&T could tell me why.

Hope they're not yanking your phone and giving it to one of the IUP people who are suing. :)

If anyone has the phones in their support profile but are unable to track them on UPS, I just tried using the serial number from the support profile as a reference number and it pulled it up that way as well as with my phone number. The order number minus the last 2 digits did not work for me.

Did you by chance do the IUP?

I have the same.

I did the IUP too.

I just looked at my support profile and there was a ton of super old stuff on there! Meanwhile, the only current device of mine that is on there is my iPad. Should my Mac desktop be on there? Or my iPhone?!

So one of my shipments is showing an "exception" from ups but not saying why. Everything seems ok? Was just curious what that meant.
