Hmm, ordered two TMO Matte Black iPhone 7 Plus 128gb. Nothing in Support Profile, Order Status still says shipping with Delivers 27 Sep, 2016 - 29 Sep, 2016 by Standard Shipping.

Looked up my number on UPS just for fun today and found a tracking number last Updated: 12/09/2016 11:18 P.M. Eastern Time

Last location is Nashville Tenn and it says Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.

Says UPS Ground for shipping, dont remember if in the past they went ground or next day.

EDIT: CC has not be charged

So one of my shipments is showing an "exception" from ups but not saying why. Everything seems ok? Was just curious what that meant.

Most likely cause has to be held at the hub till 9/16

My card hasn't been charged yet for my phone. It it has for my case which has been shipped.

My credit card still shows pending but phone is in my support profile

Well interesting I wondered when I looked at my support profile it had mostly old devices on it including my Iphone 5 and 4, not the 5s, not my 6Plus or my current 6sPlus. Also my newer macbook pro 15 inch was not on it. I tried to add my most recent 6S Plus and it said it was on a different apple ID -- oh my I am one of those ancient people who have their music, applications all still on old appleid in days when you were not required to have email for that. But of course with advent of icloud and all that I had to have icloud email or a valid email for an apple ID to register my newest devices of past couple years. So I went to the icloud recent appleid for my support profile and sure enough the macbook and 6sPlus were there. I wonder where my new phone will be put by apple. last two got there when I registered my phones from AT&T there -- via icloud, and of course macbook I hate that dang dual id but I have tons of apps and music and moview and TV shows and I sure as heck am not going to loose them so I still get my media and apps thru old appleid which incidentially is how I ordered my new phone on the apple store like I always do when I order from the store. Given my ipad pro was on the old id and I ordered it from store last year (my store account is with old ID) I suspect that my new iphone will be on that id. Crazy huh?

This is really good to see, I ordered matt black also. I'm hoping this means that they are all for the most part state side already.

More on apple IDs I have and which profile...


Yeah and most of stuff on my old profile is on my non email apple id from old days. My latest Macbook, iPhone6s Plus are on the icloud apple id I was required to get with email address for login rather than a username. Oddly my new iPad Pro from last fall is on the old apple id and I bought it via apple store using my old appleid with the username instead of email that I have with icloud. Since ordered my 7Plus via the old id (that my apps, music, videos are on hence I use still except for icloud requirements) I assume it will appear on that old apple id --??

both using order number and my cell number that is on my phone and with apple, several times thru day since my order went to preparing for shipment

My preorder experience was a bunch of 7+ black 128 attempts that failed for a variety of reasons. Ended up with my least favored option which was the 7+ 128 rose gold, but the apple/att link timed out. However Apple held that reservation and allowed me 24 hours to complete on the following day. I did exactly that but changed the color back to black, and it also assigned a sept 16 delivery (which was shocking but it seems that other posters had the same outcome). It just left anchorage tonight via UPS.

Nobody home this Friday so I will either print out the signature release UPS form or pre-sign. My understanding is that this can only be accomplished after I receive the Apple shipment notification. Anyone know which option works best?

Off topic, but does the 7plus have the exact same dimensions as 6S plus? if not, i will need a new case.
