I tried that too and nothing yet. Tried my ups choice, still nothing there. What format do you use for the phone number trick?

Has anyone who enrolled in the IUP for this preorder been able to change your order? I want to cancel my jet black and get the black, but I'm not sure how that would work with just recently enrolling in the program. And Apple won't even put me on hold. It just says "We can't take your call."
I am hoping someone answered your question. Admittedly I stumbled on this accidentally and haven't read the 55 pages since. Tapatalk is the app most commonly used for forums.
I don't think you're not approved yet for it (from what I could tell you couldn't even place the order if you weren't approved). I think your order is just processing still, based on your ship dates. There's little to no movement with the 10/4-10/10 dates so far. But you should be approved for the program if the order is processing. That's at least my understanding.
Which courier?It seems that "track by reference" (using order-number - 2) works just for US orders!Or am I wrong?
I have a November shipping date, and hours after preordering I received an email from Citizens One saying my application was approved.
Hmm I have the same shipping time as you. 7 plus jet black Verizon. I ordered the 128gb though. Maybe there is still a chance of delivery on Friday. Ill keep my fingers crossed.

I also had to put in my whole 9-digit zip code. Putting in just the 5-digit zip produced no results.
My 7+ JB 128 for ATT is still showing Oct 4-Oct 10... Even after ordering within 10 min of preorder.

Question, people who are able to track by reference are your orders already showing "preparing for shipment"? Or are orders that are still "processing" showing up in UPS as well? I've tried but it hasn't worked I'm assuming because it still in processing stage.
