I did track by reference and put my phone number in. I originally got Sep. 26th - Oct. 3rd and that still shows up on Apple's end, but it shows the 16th as the delivery date on UPS's end.

In what format did you enter your phone#? And I'm assuming billing phone#.

What phone number did you use? Phone number on the account or your phone number that you are upgrading/buying for? Also, what format did you use for the phone number?

I tried that too and nothing yet. Tried my ups choice, still nothing there. What format do you use for the phone number trick?

My phone number didn't work for UPS, even though it's the number associated with my order. It only worked by using my order number minus the last 2 digits. Preparing to ship may not mean there is a tracking number yet, as last night my order was preparing to ship but I could not pull it up on UPS. This morning I was able to pull it up. So you may just have to give it more time.

UPS! The case I had ordered together with the iPhone came this morning + in Italy Apple relies on UPS for almost 99% of deliveries. Should I check FedEx just to be sure? I have no idea if there's a method tho!

My phone made it to Louisville in record time. I guess this means it will sit around for a few days before it gets on a plane to Orlando.

For sure. Quick flights for us on the same pallet.

Side note: I've used the Apple Store app the past 2 years and it's been money. Anyone else have this same experience? I constantly try to get thru on my Mac, with 2 different browsers, constantly refreshing, with no luck. But I've gotten through on my Apple Store app and it's gone fairly smoothly the last 2 preorders.

For anyone whose phone is showing to be in Incheon right now, UPS99 is leaving from RSKI (Incheon International) headed to PANC (Anchorage International) in around 30 minutes. So our phones should be stateside around 4PM CT, and then there's tons of flights to KSDF (Louisville, KY) that will have our phones in Lousville by tonight/tomorrow morning!

I'm on this flight! I was looking for someone to make the connection!

Preparing to ship may not mean there is a tracking number yet, as last night my order was preparing to ship but I could not pull it up on UPS. This morning I was able to pull it up. I also tried my order# minus the last 2 digits...as well as order# without leading "W", but nothing found yet. And nothing appearing on my UPS MyChoice yet.

Nice.... Congrats ur getting a release day phone......Hmm my dates are 9-22/9-29.. Same phone model and still processing. Nothing on UPS either.

For the millionth time,

leave everything but reference blank. Try phone numbers and your order number WITHOUT the last two digits

I'm pretty confident that anyone who has a pickup in-store date of 9/16 will get it on that day. I heard that after a while, store pickup stopped being an option for some people. I'm assuming that they only had so many that were set aside for that option and once they had all been reserved, the option was no longer available. I had no trouble getting my last iPhone on launch day using the pickup in-store option.

I'm also assuming that the status of these phones won't budge until Friday when they are ready for pickup. I'm just curious if anyone else who is picking theirs up is seeing anything different. Mine isn't in my support profile either by the way. I was wondering if that is the case for everyone who chose this option.

not sure about the reserving part, I had my order in at 305am EST and reserve and pick up was never offered, now I'm left with an OCT date
