I hope! I didn't get a departure scan though and I can't find when another HK flight is leaving for Anchorage. As of now, mine seems like it's just sitting in HK, haha
I am hoping for a scan of UPS63 just landed there headed to Louiville at 1AM CST. There is another flight that left Hong Kong hour ago or so for UPS as well heading to Anchorage as well I believe but I cannot get a post on true destination but following flight path of others....

I wonder what my odds are for delivery on 9/16...Ordered Black 7+ 128GB at roughly 3:35amEST.

Shows "Delivers 04 Oct, 2016 - 10 Oct, 2016 by Standard Shipping" in my order details

I have the same window as you, so:

Yeah, I can't figure this out either. I thought departure scans appear 30 mins to an hour after they leave? Or maybe sometimes it just completely skips that step? Lol no idea.

I had this same problem, I had found a tracking number using my order number minus the last two numbers. Well long story short once I used my cell phone number to look up the tracking by reference and once I created a MyChoice account with UPS, I realized that the tracking number I had found using my order number wasn't accurate and I was tracking someone else's phone lol

I'm actually surprised more people aren't having this issue.

So maybe this is your case?
I am starting to think I am tracking the wrong phone. I found the tracking number by viewing the page source and it has its departure scan, but pointing to Georgia, unless their is a Hub in Georgia.

UPS scans tend to be extremely hit and miss especially when it comes to Apple shipments. It's normal to see departure scans at later times/dates than arrival scans so I wouldn't put it past them to ignore the scan to save time. That's happened a lot too.

It just kills me to see how many people have a preparing to ship status and are freaking out that they're not going to get their phone. I mean, more power to anyone who's on the edge of their seat, as I know we all are. It's just that the idea that I placed my order on the ninth for a 7+ 128 GB black is still sitting on processing items sucks pretty bad considering I have no idea whatsoever what is going on with my iPhone and if it will be delivered sooner than this 2 to 3 week window. If you have a preparing to ship status, or if you have already received a tracking number, I'm not saying you should calm down and get rid of the excitement, I'm saying feel happy. There are a butt ton of us that don't even have a clue as to what's going on with our device.

As a sidenote, not that anyone is going to reply to this as we are all buried in our own questions and concerns, I signed up for UPS my choice and was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of options I have to alter my shipment. One thing, how long do I need to wait and at what order status should I be searching for my tracking number? Yes, my shipment is just in the processing items stage, but I would like to know how to find my tracking number as soon as possible. If anyone's willing to help
Every year I get extremely excited for the iPhone, place my order way too late, and end up waiting until the middle of October to get my phone. This year I stayed up until midnight, got screwed over by not having my Next payments prepaid for the launch, finally got that taken care of and got to the order screen on the apple app around 2 AM Pacific time. Even with all the trouble, I figured that because I ordered within the first 2 hours I would get a nice surprise with my shipping estimates. No such luck. I'm not upset and or freaking out about it, my 6s+ plus works great. I guess I just want to join in the excitement that everyone Who knows what's going on with your phone is experiencing. LOL

Well from experience and comments by others sometimes scans get missed and then at next major hub they get the container scanned and the RIFD chip on packages or pallet gets scanned and we will see something. Hoping that is the case.

My departure scan from Incheon was over 2 hours after the actual departure of the flight (UPS99). However, my arrival scan in AK matches up which is the only way I knew that was the flight mine was on.

Yes hoping that is case for my phone cannot see why it would sit in Hong Kong so long.

I have rose gold 128GB 7+ here and i only have an arrival scan for Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong...I haven't located the flight. I thought it was UPS63 but maybe not. There's another UPS63 leaving tomorrow: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS63/history/20160914/1143Z/VHHH/PANC
Hopefully that's our flight! Let's keep each other updated if we see any movement :) I think it's a few more people that have phones with ours also but they may not be viewing this thread right now.

I know it has been posted in here already, but I'll reiterate...I have not been able to find anything on my 7+ matte black 128 ATT 9/27-9/29, but I was able to find my wife's 7 rose gold 128 ATT in UPS My Choice by reference. Her phone is showing 9/16. The only recognizable numbers in the reference list were her phone number and the serial number. Order number was not in the list...FWIW.

Is anyone's phone currently in Louisville? Have you seen any movement?

This is UPS' hub in the United States. My bet is that we will see no movement until Thursday where they will get sent to our local hubs for distribution for Friday.

Do you know where it's supposed to go after Louisville?

From Louisville to your local hub for distribution (most likely will not happen until Thursday for Friday delivery).
