My phone has been in Shanghai, China for ever. is anyone else phone there too? I'm getting worried.

One of my phones is still there too while the other ones I'm tracking are all in Anchorage. They are all coming to the same address and all have an estimated delivery date of the 16th so if they don't deliver, it's on UPS

Looks like both of mine (128GB Gold 7 and 256GB Silver 7) are on UPS Flight 85 from Anchorage to Louisville, which should land about 40 minutes from now.

So I see my phone in my support profile. I'm on the east coast I woke up at 2:58am bc sales start at 3AM. My order was completed at @ 3:01. I ordered a black iPhone 7+ 128 gb. My question is where are these tracking numbers? It says delivery date for Sept 16 and still shows preparing for shipment. What the hell

Not necessarily true. My matte black 128gb 4.7 says the same thing but its in my profile and i ordered really early.

Mine isn't even in my profile though, and since the finish is different, a delay is possible. I should have just ordered mattle black.

I pre-ordered mine (7+ 256GB Gold) on September 9th and according to Apple I will be getting it on September 16th. Well, it's only two days away and mine still says "Preparing for Shipment". I hope they'll get it here on time.

after a long wait, finally got sign that my phone will be delivered 9/16 as stated when I ordered - phone added in my support profile, still no tracking info from apple but was able to track using UPS track by reference - order # minus last 2 digits... my phone has just departed Shenzhen China. Now the tracking begins! [7+ 128gb Gold Verizon, ordered through Apple, confirmation email received 3:35am]

Do you have one shipping number for both or 2 separate? I also ordered an iPhone 7 and a watch at the same time Trying to figure out how many boxes I'm looking for....right now I have something in KY based on confirmation number thru ups tracking and both are saying preparing for shipment thru Apple Store.

You should be able to tell which is which by the shipping weight.

Sprint seems to be shipping phones with return kits. They have the same tracking number
