Got a departure scan out of Anchorage at 12:13 AM while I was sleeping! Should be arriving in Louisville soon.
I was counting Monday as the 1st business day...did the count start on the 9th?

Do you know what UPS flight they are in? I'm starting to get obsessed with tracking them. LOLlucky. Confirmation time is the same yet no movement here.
thanks! i just did it. it now says "delivery change request" when i track it. when do i know they've "accepted" it?
Mine is currently on its way to Kentucky and I haven't received a shipping notification and it still says preparing for shipment on Apple. Have you tried tracking it by reference?I'm getting a little worried, i ordered at 3:09 AM and it says that it will deliver on Fri the 16th, but I haven't received a notification that it has been shipped...
I'm in the same plane. iPhone 7+ 128 GB T-Mobile. I have been searching for flight to anchorage without success. I need to add that this is my first time searching for flights on iPhone pre-orders, so my lack of experience may be the cause I did not see the it. Hope someone here can help us locating our flight.
I've already put my request in. I did it right after I first got a tracking number.which is better: go into myUPS and put an exception in now to say i'll pick it up at UPS hub on friday or wait until it hits U.S. soil before doing that? i mean, does it really matter when i do it? just have to do it before it gets loaded onto truck on friday..but i just don't want anything to 'screw up' that request, which is why i'm asking
This is the day that all our phones will go off with notifications from Apple. Although I already have my tracking number from my choice at ups. So the push notification from Apple would just be a formality to confirm what I already know.
Great! As long as it says "hold for pickup" under delivery change requested you're good. It will say it in the shipment progress once it gets to the customer center. You didn't pick a store right?
I hope mine has plenty of drink coupons to use for the next leg, to Louisville.. That's a hell of a haul.
It won't get "accepted" until after the request is successfully fulfilled (once it reaches the UPS customer center). You'll see a message indicating that the delivery change was "completed" once that occurs.
It only works with the zip where the device is being shipped...not the billing address. I tried both and it only work as I described.
I did, but it didn't seem to work because I am shipping it to my work address and it's under my brothers AT&T account, but if Apple says that it will be here Friday, I'm sure it will. Thanks for the positive feedback.
