I just signed up for UPS MyChoice in order to see where my phone is and the last status was, "Departed - Anchorage, AK, United States, Wednesday, 09/14/2016", but I just changed to have it be picked up at a UPS store because I'm afraid I won't be home when it get's here on Friday even though I'm leaving for work around 3:00pm so it could get to me in time, the change for hold is still pending so I hope that it get's approved and still get's delivered to the UPS store before I leave at 3pm for work so I can pick it up beforehand. I also chose a location that has Early Pickup available, does anyone quite know what it means when it says that Early Pickup is available at the location?

I think Early Pickup is referring to the hours. That being said, your request should go through because we are still very early in the shipping process. You don't even have a true shipping notification yet.

Mine is also in Louisville. But wouldn't it have cleared customs in Alaska? That would have been it's point of entry into the US.

Not sure what time but the temporary authorization for Apple went to a regular transaction sometime today. (Still have not seen a charge from the bank that does the Apple Upgrade "loan", only the Apple charge for the tax.)
 
So it's 11:45 AM (Thursday) in Shanghai, China right now. My phone still shows "origin scan" there and it says it will deliver Friday... It better!
 
Mine is in Louisville! It's been there since Tuesday, hope it gets on a plane to Ontario, California today!
 
So envious of all you people getting your delivery on launch day! I got my order confirmation in at 12:14PST for an iPhone 7+ JB and got a delivery date of September 30th-Oct 3rd. Anyone else with those dates see any movement on either the apple support page or on UPS? Not having luck.

So just for giggles I went to try and click the "Change delivery" button on the UPS tracking page. This is what I used to request the package be help for pickup, which seemed to work. Anyway now when I click that button I get this message: "UPS My Choice® features are not available for this package." Could this be a problem for me? I need to pickup the package and cannot have it delivered.

If this is your second time trying to request a change (i.e. you already made a delivery change request to hold for pickup), you won't be presented with options again unless the first change is cancelled.

Okay perfect! Yeah I even chatted with a UPS person yesterday to ensure my package would be held for delivery. I am just on pins and needles because I ordered through iPhone Upgrade Program and AT&T is imposing strict delivery instructions. This is why I am opting to pickup my package in the first place, because I can't get it from the shipping address on file.
