Ok... so my order changed from "processing" to "Preparing for shipment" and my card was just charged. My expected delivery date is September 23rd. I'm new to pre-ordering. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! SHOULD I BE EXCITED???

Track by reference on UPS and FedEx also show nothing

Congrats! I just got off phone with and my window for the same phone is 21st-28th and was told not to expect any movement until next week. Looks like mine went from KY to Nashville, TN arrived their about 5:15 this evening. I'm assuming it will now go head to Atlanta, I actually thought that would be the next stop

My 7 departed Louisville at 3:33pm local and the 7 Plus departed Anchorage at 12:22pm local. UPS still shows the Plus as being on time for tomorrow.
I got my 6 plus in Puerto Rico and it arrived at 8am and it got to me the same day so you have a good chance, you have a 9/16 delivery?
I'm unable to even look up my orders now. Gotta be a good thing, right?

Today my Credit Card was pre-charged for the Iphone 7+ 256GB that I ordered and my apple.com orders page status changed to "preparing for shipment" My Question for everyone is.....How long does it typically stay in the "preparing for shipment" stage?? Hope you all get yours on Launch day.

so i changed mine to pickup at UPS Store. After reading comments on here, i tried to undo that. i was told that there is not an option to change it back to deliver to my house. i was told that i should be able to pick it up at the UPS store tomorrow. i guess we'll see. i really hope i don't have to wait another day
Yeah, i got a 9/16 delivery since the day of preorders, i didnt know you were from PR too. Did you ordered one this year?

I KNEW IT. I posted an idea I had that they threw us a bone today but the phones will be in that status fro another week before they ship. Just makes sense otherwise the delivery dates should have changed significantly and they did not.
