While we are killing time hitting refresh, I don't think this has been asked yet, but what is everyone upgrading *from*? Also, put in what you are upgrading to, for reference. I will start it off:

128GB iPhone 6 Silver -> 256GB iPhone 7 Silver

Edit: Don't shun me for not getting a plus! I went back and forth, and still kind of want one, but worried about one-handed use.
 
I'm a little late to this party... ;) Ordered a Silver 256 GB iPhone 7 Plus AT&T at 12:06 AM PST. Original delivery date was 16th. Then changed to 19th due to weather. Now delivery is back to the 16th and has departed Anchorage, Alaska. Pretty amazing how UPS works!

and to think, i was in the apple store at 12:01....and then i had to cancel and go to ATT's site to finish my Next payments....only their site was down until 2am! Finally got my order in and originally had a delivery of 10-04 to 10-10. Updated to 9-30 to 10-04 about two days ago. I got all excited... but nothing else has happened and im at a complete loss knowing IF i will get it any sooner than that....

Feel lucky people...i stayed up all night and even made it into the apple store on time to get 9-16 delivery... and then ATT threw a wrench in the whole thing.

I wish i could just get a small glimmer of hope.

I get a little sad inside when everyone starts posting their phones on launch day and then slowly start signing off until next year. Very sappy, I know lol.

It happens to me on every UPS delivery.JAX is a big hub in FL.
 
I see an arrival scan in Sylmar, CA @ 5:35 PM PDT from Louisville. Guess rest of distance to Ventura UPS CC will be on road.

I did not care if I needed three hands to handle it , I want that camera!!! Plus I had a 6+ for 2 years.

honestly, i don't think anyone will "know" - just know it's en route and you'll get it tomorrow. it's all good! UPS has clearly got this...considering the whole debacle with the Asian tour folks and we're all supposedly getting ours tomorrow. :)

I'm going from a 6 Plus 64gb to a 7 128gb. That's right, downgrading from the Plus.

Gold iPhone 6 64gb. And I'll miss it, but a better phone awaits!

Get what makes you happy. I'm upgrading from a iPhone 6S Plus 128 Gig Silver to an iPhone 7 Plus 256 Gig Black.
