What do I have to do? flip a switch and change to Preparing for Shipment. Pretty please with sugar on top.

Flipped from Processing to PFS and deliver date was changed from 9/26-10/3 to 9/23-9/26 today. Woke up n the middle of the night and I have tracking n UPS. Phone will b delivered on Monday.

It will take at least a couple of hours to unload the plane and then a few more hours to arrive in CA (where I'm at). So I doubt it will arrive on Friday.
Mine says 26-3rd, same situation as you. Nothing on support profile, nothing on UPS. Ordered 1 minute into the site being live.
No phone for sure tomorrow. At least my Apple Watch changed to preparing for shipment...
Just missed the only flight out to Ontario. Looks like we staying in Louisville for another day. No launch day delivery today for us Southern Californians

I think they'll make it. Idk how, but I feel like they will. Especially since Apple kept mentioning to people who called that they would definitely be delivered by tomorrow. Just waiting on those departure scans.

I'm in Northern California and have had new phone shipments leave Louisville at like 4-5am ET and still got it late in the day release day.
got the confirmation at 09:08 (2 minutes after the app was live for me). Mine is still in "processing" status since last week.

I couldn't sleep and I checked my order and it was saying awaiting payment, I did it and now the payment is through but no shipping information.
My RG 7+ is still in Ky, so we'll see if it makes it to SoCal by the end of the day tomorrow. Status changed from "On Time" to "Unavailable".
My Flat Black 7+ and AWS2 are both in Baldwin Park already though, so those look fine. Status still says "On Time"

They could also be coming to LAX. There is one flight scheduled at 3:44am. Or they could be on that Ontario flight but not updated yet. If your ship date is the 16th, you will get it tomorrow unless something weird happens. Flights are leaving now to all over the country.

Your confirmation is the same as mine. I would imagine yours will change within the next few hours as long as your CC company authorizes the charge and doesn't try to stop it as fraud (had this happen with an iMac years ago).
Doesn't look too good. FlightAware says next flight from Louisville to where I live is in 40 minutes though.
Just got charged on my card, my delivery date is showing 26th-03rd, maybe early delivery if I am lucky? My birthday is on 25th and that would make my day perfect,LOL

If it is just switching to preparing to ship, it will likely be delivered Monday is my guess.
I think you would have a 24hours window to correct any problem and still stay in the line without any delays.
