Maybe i'm just a worrier, but should I be worried with the whole "delivery info unavailable" even though my phone got to Orlando, an hour away, at 5 pm but hasn't moved since?

The "delivery info unavailable" is quite common this morning -- that is also what my screen says; however, shipment progress portion of the screen is updating -- my phone finally made it to Tampa at 04:50 AM EST this morning, after sitting in Louisville for almost 72 hours! Next UPS update should say "Out for Delivery" WOO HOO!!!

Mine also....I'm going to stop refreshing and hopefully get some sleep. Was hoping to know if I should wake up early to pick up my phone before work; but now it seems very unlikely unless they miss a departure scan somehow

I hope that's the case too. Seems like all our other people on that plane have departed to their final destinations. Maybe they just forgot to scan ours.

Checked my order this morning and it looks like I'll be getting mine sooner then expected. It was originally supposed to deliver between 9/27 and 9/29 but now it says preparing for shipment and my card was charged.

The 7 is out for delivery and the 7 Plus departed Louisville at 4:40am. For the 7 there were 9.5 hours between the departure scan from KY and the arrival scan at the local facility, yet the Plus is still showing on time delivery for today. I'm sure they have multiple drivers with overlapping routes in order to accomplish this.

Waking up and Finally got my tracking info for my jet black att 256 plus. Att next delivery for Monday 9/19

My shipping dates were originally 9/26-10/3 group. Called 9/10 to get expedited 2-3 day shipping changed delivery dates to 9/23-9/28 group. Card charged yesterday afternoon and PFS changed on status on App Store app with new delivery times 9/21-9/28

Ordered 307am eastern App Store app 3:11am Email confirmation.

Congrats to all that got their release day phones !

People that are processing still keep the faith I been processing for a week and finally got info changed yesterday afternoon.

You should receive an email letting you know it's ready for pick up. If you show up before that, you're probably wasting your time.

Finally got tracking information and the official shipping notification from Apple. UPS myChoice just says label created but I'm sure delivery will be on the 19th.

I'm sure they'll be coming through all day as more shipments are received this morning. In my experience with in-store pick up, someone has to manually scan each phone and place a name tag on it since a specific phone was assigned to you from the time it shipped.

Well this is a pleasant surprise. My rose gold 128 GB 7+ was in the September 27th delivery group, it shipped overnight with a new delivery date for Monday 9/19. I'll take it!!
