Just got my ship date - Now delivers Sept. 21, so 5 days earlier than initially quoted.
My check in window is 8-830am this morning and I still have not received the Ready to Pickup email
My status changed to shipped at some point while I was sleeping. I'm set for delivery on Monday. 
Original window was 9/23-9/27, dropped down a day on each yesterday for my 128 gb rose gold 7+. Order confirmation came in at 3:29 a.m. EST.

No "out for delivery" yet but I did get a departure scan out of Orlando. Which is weird, because I live IN Orlando. Hmmm.
Edit: n/m. I just found a screenshot from a couple of years ago...apparently, that's normal. It went arrival scan, departure scan, arrival scan, destination scan,and THEN went to "out for delivery".

what was your original estimate? did it just change from "preparing for shipment" a few minutes ago?

My phone departed Orlando and arrived in Leesburg, which is the same thing that happened last year with my 6s Plus. Orlando is closer to me but either way it's in the area and I'm stoked.
9/27-9/29 original dates yesterday switched to 9/26-9/28. Then this morning it shipped with tracking info

I'm assuming it's on its way to the customer center (which is also in Chantilly, VA) so hopefully I get another arrival scan soon so I can pick it up later this morning! how's everyone else's phone doing? made it on time, i hope?!
Is there any chance my phone left Louisville about an hour and a half ago in today's only flight to my city if I didn't get a departure scan?
I ordered at 12:11am. I originally had sept 27-29 shipping date. Then I called and got next day(don't think that mattered) then I had sept 20-22nd.
