iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread

Right? They are really cutting it close this time. I'm guessing they will turn up at some point today. I'm just curious as to why ours never made the flight to Ontario with all our other SoCal peep. Hmmm.
I've had one awkward day... Decided to wait outside the one shop in Norway that was confirmed to have a very limited supply of the iPhone 7 Plus on release day.
Waited for three hours, third in line. The store confirmed on Facebook, through chat on their own website and the head of the retailer in the Nordic interviewed us while we waited and he also claimed they had a few iPhone 7 Plus ready.
Go inside and I'm met by; "iPhone 7 Plus? No-no, no way. Perhaps in 1-2 months.". I refer to the chat, Facebook and the guy outside proclaiming they had iPhone 7 Plus in limited supplies. "No-no, the chat doesn't have a clue. And that guy is the head of the entire Nordic region, he doesn't know what we got in this store."
Well great. How about you put me on a list and notify me when you get iPhone 7 Plus. Then I'm at least the first one to get one when they finally arrive. "That's not possible, we can't make reservations on the iPhone 7 Plus." But your chat specifically told me that I would at least get a reservation if I went here today. I've been standing in line for three hours on false information on your part. "There isn't much we can do."
A few hours later.. My operator provides me with a unique link for the iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Jet Black, I'm the first and only person being allowed to order one, and that with 1-3 days delivery. And the store gives me 100-dollars of the new Apple Watch.
All in all, not too bad.

I have the same delivery date and phone that you ordered and I am still in preparing to ship. Did you do NEXT or IUP?

Super weird experience. It's always frustrating when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, so to speak. But glad you got it sorted and got a nice discount on the Watch!
I have two phones. One says out for delivery and the other reads just like yours. Sounds like they missed some scans. Hoping they both show up.

I'm in Queens, NY and my UPS just scanned my phone in Newark, NJ at 8:56 am today. I'm still showing delivery for today and just got a notification from Apple that today is the day!..
I don't know how they're gonna get my phone to me, but as long as it's here before i leave work (it's delivering to my office), I'm good

We should have all ordered Samsung phones instead so we could easily spot the UPS trucks coming from the plumes of smoke!
Last year if I remember correctly they ended up delivering my 6s Plus after 2PM-3PM. But previous year for my 6 Plus it was around 12PM. Hoping it will be earlier this time around.
I hope that's the case also. I really hope they aren't all the way back in Louisville.
I was also on the asian tour and my phone was stuck at Louisville without a departure scan. Then my status changed to delayed, unknown delivery date due to "flight delays" at 7 AM (CST). I was prepared for a Monday delivery.
Then, *magically* at 9:30 AM (CST), everything updated and mine is suddenly out for delivery by end of day. I've never experienced that with UPS before. I assumed anything after 8:30 was too late to make a truck. I truly hope yours will get the same magic. This has been such a wild ride (I mean really - a freaking typhoon!) that it just seems wrong to stop short at this point in the journey. Sending much luck your way!
