Thank you! That's gives me hope that it will update. Mine is supposed to be held at the hub for pick up once it gets there. Maybe they just missed a few scans on the way out of Louisville and it will turn up later. That's what I'm hoping will happen. Enjoy your new phone!

Mine is saying delayed at Louisville. It didn't make the flight to seattle. Now it said Saturday delivery, but I requested hold at cc which I have no idea if they are open in Saturday. So I just tried cancelling the request hoping it would work. So disappointed.

I went down to my UPS customer center this morning right after they opened to pick up my phone and my Apple Watch S2. The place was nuts. Took about an hour to find my packages, they were still unloading and sorting. But they did find them and all is well. Home now setting up everything.
Two notes to help out those who receive their phones :
1) Apple ships your phone with iOS 10.0 not the Release version 10.01. So if you had updated your old phone to iOS 10 already and preformed a backup you will have to have the new phone updated BEFORE you can restore. Now the phone will helpfully offer to do this after you ask to restore. But when the update is done it will take you into setting up your new phone as a NEW iPhone and you will have to erase it and start all over again.
2) As you might guess Apples servers are being hammered today and everything is taking longer than usual. have to be patient (I know it's hard when you can't wait to play with that new phone.)

I got my phone home over an hour ago and it finally just restored. apps and photos are still downloading to the phone but at least i can use it now to set up some stuff.

Same situation for mine. I don't even know either if my UPS hub delivers on Saturday. Guess we will see what happens...

Everyone who ordered Jetblack Plus check your UPS tracking number if it was moved to shipped. My estimated date was September 23-30, but it's being delivered 9/19.

Was trying to get some info about my order since a lot of people with the same time of confirmation and same dates (9/26-10/4) are getting their status changed to even "shipped".

EDIT: gave up after 16 minutes of loud music. Disappointed.

Not for me.. i listened to CharliXCX and like 5 more songs. It was just like listening to the radio and between the songs a recorded voice said "please wait for the next expert available. Thank you" (I'm in Italy if that does make a difference).

My Typhoon Phone didn't make the plane out of Louisville. There was tons of time - and many others made it. So bummed. It does say they'll delivery Saturday though.

For those stuck in processing I wouldn't give up. It's slow for sure...if it doesn't change today/tomorrow it will probably update Monday. They are definitely sending these items out sooner I think these dates are just a safety net. I was not expecting both my items to even ship this week and now I have tracking for both when they were scheduled to arrive 9/29.

Darn I have 10.0.0.1 on my 6sPlus128 I hate to have that process if the backup is older then I can just restore the new phone from start from that now I have to set up as new phone -- have not done that way in while-- I suppose and then restore from the 10.0.0.1 archived backup always one more step before i am ready. Hope it comes early otherwise I might be up late LOL doing all this LOL

My wife's order got delayed in Taiwan due to weather. It just left Anchorage today, 9/15 at 4pm. I don't think her order will arrive tomorrow.

Well I was right. However, UPS says they will deliver it on Saturday. Here's hoping.
