Also, based on the time difference. It was scanned in both HK and Louisville almost at the same time. I doubt that.

No but CT.

Good point. How is that possible?

So it guess our phones are ultimately going to the same place for delivery since you're CT and in NYC

[doublepost=1474455559][/doublepost]Same boat here in Illinois!

It's in the HK time zone, not whatever time zone you're in.

Example: shipping from CA to NJ. You'd see a 9am local scan when the package leaves CA, but that's in PST. It's scanned at 8am local time, even though it's currently 11am where you are.

The issue with shipping to and from China is the international dateline. They're essentially a day ahead of us.

Yes, understand that. Which is why it's impossible for HK and Louisville to have arrival scans at nearly the same time in two different time zones.

Anyone here stuck with an Import scan? With the group of people who landed on UPS 99 in Louisville this morning/last night. Both flights that left Seattle left hours ago. Delivery estimate is today according to UPS. Apple originally said tomorrow.

Sigh.:( Received an email from UPS yesterday that it would be delivered today 9/21. Then it looked like it didn't make it out of Incheon yesterday, and UPS tracking said the delivery got updated to 9/22. Now it looks like from the tracking below that it never really was in Incheon, and just arrived there today and no date given for delivery by UPS. Patience. Patience. Patience...

Hey Y'all, I emailed UPS asking where my phone actually was, and got this response just now (ARRRRG!! and WTF!?:

I understand your concern. I have checked your tracking information, your package is showing an exception scan in "/LOUISVILLE I KY US" it is because it's on pre-alert. What this means is that we forwarded the paperwork to customs, so that the shipment could clear in a timely manner. The scan you are seeing is just the paperwork process and is not a scan of the actual package.

At this moment your package is in transit to the United States, I'd recommend to keep on tracking the package to verify the updates, you can request for it at UPS.com on the tracking page by clicking on the"Notify me with updates" button.

My tracking says the same exact thing - I'm all sorts of confused now...

I just got another update - Departure Scan from Hong Kong at 7:13pm local time (less than an hour ago). I guess the Louisville scan was bogus, no hope of seeing my phone today.

I saw on the news that millions of new Samsung phones were shipping/arriving in the USA today. I wonder if they are clogging up the system? Keep those bombs away from my iPhone!

Good luck, I was supposed to get mine yesterday but got caught in KY with Import Scan after the Denver flight had already left. I feel like hey try to get the east-bound stuff out first and they couldn't handle the volume.
