Because their customer support is useless. They make no attempt to help you or give you any info you didn't already find on your own. A company like that needs to be shunned. I'll never use them to send a package.

I wonder why they didnt use Fedex, they are flexible and have multiple HUBS

That is exactly what happened to many of ours last night. When we went to bed last night, they were in China, and when we woke up they were in Louisville with no departure or arrival scans in between.

Anybody see movement for iPhone with October 4-October 10 delivery window? Mine has been processing since I pre-ordered on September 9. (Black iPhone 7+ 32) I know I need to be patient but it's just so hard.
I live in the dark for 11 days.

"Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 09/21/2016 7:13 P.M. Departure Scan"

However, the "Scheduled Delivery" field still says this:

"Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.".

So I'm hoping tomorrow or Friday I'll have my phone...

I fly japan to chicago many times and am always amazed that I arrive in Chicago before I left Japan. so when you wonder why the jump in time overnight is that China is over the dateline so it is 12 hrs into the future there...

Yes. I got a text from UPS saying Due to adverse conditions my package would be delayed. My UPS page looks just like this. I am near Sacramento, CA.

"A mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day.".

They still say delivers 9/21 by end of the day, though. So I am not sure if it is Wed. Or Thurs. Either way is ok. I'll be in Las Vegas in a few hours. My daughter will get the phone for me.

I had the Oct 4-10 date like you but for my 128GB 7Plus Black. Somehow it shipped on 9/19 .

Same here. The funny thing is that the scheduled delivery date for me has always been 22nd/Thursday, but after this "delay/exception" it is now 21st/today (which I doubt).

Nope, I ordered the exact same on T-Mo. I don't need 128 as I keep most of my stuff in the cloud. I have a 64g 6s+ right now and I'm only using 20 gigs of space on it.
