Got this because Apple couldn't connect to AT&T. They said it's reserved and will ship Sept. 13. Let's pray it's true.

How do you reserve a phone instead of buying it? Is this the apple upgrade program?

Is it normal to just receive an email saying your order is being processed. Didn't receive email saying g your order is confirmed.

If I were you I would not trust that. The exact same thing happened to me but I immediately redid another order and it went straight thru. Waiting is death here.

you can still get a Jet Black iPhone 7 256gb for release day according to the app.

I don't know if they just had a limited amount of 7 Plus available, but that's kind of surprising that there's still several options in all colors for release day delivery on the smaller phone.

Anyone know how to get past this screen?

I tried to enter my password but for some reason Apple only allows 8 or so characters so I cant fully enter my password (around 16 characters). I really hope I dont have to change my password just to get around it cause my brother is the main account holder and would be such a hassle to ask him to change it and to change it back when I'm done.

My instinct tells me not to trust it, but as soon as I refreshed the page the shipping times slipped. I'll see how this plays out over the next few days.

Why does Bestbuy charge $100 for the same phone?
They show that I can pick up my 128 Verizon black in-store on the 16th, but I'm not paying the extra $100 dollars for the same contract free phone.

Because if Best Buy sold you the phone at the same price Apple does, it would literally be sold "at-cost".

They also do that so they have stock for their postpaid customers.

I hope att does not think it is getting an activation fee. I will remove the SIM card that came with phone and insert my existing SIM card. Att should have nothing to do with this.

Nope I was in at 3:05 and got 9/26-10/3 for jet black. :/

Apple Store App. ATT Next Jet Black 7Plus 256 GB ordered at 3:08 eastern. That is when the app loaded for me. I got Sept 23- Oct 3rd standard shipping time.

Ordered the exact same at 3:05 and got same delivery dates. :/ I don't think they had many if any of those available for launch.

I got mine at 12:09 n it was 2 to 3 weeks :-(
