Our disti center opens at 10. My tracking still has no date, so I'm hoping that means it's going to deliver today. Will call the local center at 10.

Me too! But I also got one from UPS saying Monday. Where are you in NC? I'm in Raleigh.
 
Should I be worried that my phone arrived in Louisville, then departed again? I'm in Louisville so why would there be another departure scan?!

The wife's phone has now made it to Atlanta. I will pick it up Monday morning at the local distribution center. No way I want it out on a delivery trunk Monday.....and miss that delivery.
 
Part of the 801 club here. My phone is in PA I had an email last night from Apple saying my phone would be delivered today, but also an email from UPS saying it would be Monday which I think is more likely as arrived a little too late to go out today. At least it's close!!! Good luck to everyone next week hopefully they don't have the nightmare everyone had this week!
 
Mine left my local airport at 6:46 am! Barring any more weirdness, the next stop for packages after they leave DFW is my distribution center, which is closed on Saturday, to be put on the trick for delivery. I'm still not holding my breath for a delivery today because with the way things have gone, my package might be on its way back to China. :)

Well mine arrived a the distribution center near me and now my delivery date shows Monday after receiving the email from Apple.
 
Mine has a departure scan at 7:41am this morning at a location 30 miles from my house. Crossing my fingers.

I live outside of Greensboro. Ups is still not giving a date on tracking.
 
This is what my tracking says "A late flight has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans and working to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Your shipment is scheduled to arrive today after the delivery commitment time." though the delivery date is Monday but doesn't this mean it's gonna be delivered today?

Anyone else get that message?

The arrival is for the airport. It departs there and heads to the sort facility. Same for every city. In Maryland it lands in Linthicum then departs to Baltimore. You should be a destination scan. At that point it will either go out for delivery or MAYBE you can pick it up there. Depends on your facility and their hours.

Ok. My phone arrived in Miami a few hours ago... but now it says they are returning the phone to the sender by their request?

WTF?

I live about 10 minutes from the Airport here. Mine has a 8:07 arrival scan at the Baltimore location. That is just the truck rolling in though. When the actual package is scanned off the truck you should see a destination scan. My status on the UPS site has not shown a estimated delivery date as of yet. Looks like they are trying to make it on the trucks for today but don't want to guarantee anything. Baltimore is open for pickups from 10-1 today so that might work as well. I'm friends with my delivery guy and although he is off today he told me to give him a call if it doesn't go out and maybe he can help me out with a pickup at the facility.

EDIT---Tracking just updated with an 8:45 destination scan!!!!
EDIT 2 ---Although I have a destination scan I now have a scheduled delivery date of Monday, bummer. Trying to see if I can get a pickup today

Ok so my package was delivered to a customer care center that is open till 12PM. I wonder if they will let me pick it up today even though the scheduled is Monday.
 
My phone arrived at a local center this morning at 7AM. Calling them at 10AM to pick up, hopefully Im able to. I am impressed how quickly they picked up the pace!

Mine is in Sparks now which arrived about 20 minutes ago. Do you think they will let me pick it up today?

On weekends, UPS works Saturdays but not Sundays. UPS delivers UPSWorldwide Express®, UPS Next Day Air® Early, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air® packages on Saturdays. Packages must be processed and labeled forSaturday Delivery. The shipper pays extra for Saturday Delivery.

I am assuming we all have worldwide express here!

Worldwide Express Saver (shows on the ups tracking page for your package on the righthand side). Doesn't include Saturday delivery upgrades per their website. Maybe a special agreement between UPS/Apple. So far no Sat. delivery mentioned on mine in the Chicago area. Currently sitting in Palatine.
 
Phone still in Queens. Normally it would depart and arrive at a UPS Center closer to me, then go out for delivery. But its 9am and its still sitting there. I think im not getting this phone until Monday.
 
Well I called UPS and they have a specialist handling pickups today but they transferred me to some other hub that doesn't match the UPS scan. Hmmm
