I got a destination scan here in San Jose but it says 9/26/2016 delivery. I'm hoping we're in the same boat as everyone else and UPS is actually going to make an effort to get out all these iPhones today.

I got a destination scan here in San Jose but it says 9/26/2016 delivery. I'm hoping we're in the same boat as everyone else and UPS is actually going to make an effort to get out all these iPhones today.
Anyone out there who pre-ordered a 7+ jet black 128gb on 9/9 within 15 min on that date & got a delivery date of October 18-31? Are your orders still processing? I'm very frustrated just want to see if I'm not alone.

My 256gb jet black 7 Plus that was scheduled for the 18th-31st of October slot is coming on Tuesday.
In the future, Apple and UPS should save their customer service reps and their customers a lot of stress by not providing shipment and tracking confirmations until after the shipments leave Louisville.

They may make a second attempt. I've had the driver call me when I wasn't home, though had left a signature release, and asked where I could meet him to sign for it. Great service but probably not the norm.UPS hates me! I was at home and waiting for my iPhone. UPS got no update for delivery and showed up the first attempt was made. I WAS AT HOME! Also,there was no attempt note on my door. Called UPS, there is nothing they can do.... Anyone has any advice ?
Pick somewhere in between is the best guess. FYI my phone was supposed to be delivered 9/26 but I got it today 9/24.
Was starting to get concerned I wouldn't get my phone today because my tracking shows just arrived in my town, not out for delivery, and no email from Apple. I have my package being delivered to work and usually the UPS guy is here by 11:30am. So I called the local hub and the lady was convinced no Saturday deliver but hung up with me and told me she would call back after some digging. She finally just called back and said she found the driver and he has my package. will arrive between 2 and 3pm. Good to finally have this saga over.

8:34a Local time it arrived at destination and updated to delivery date of 09/26, then at 10:06a it went to on truck for delivery with an estimated date of 09/24.
Hope everyone else gets theirs sooner rather than later.

Throughout this ordeal, I felt the pain, the anger, the suffering, and the strength of my fellow soldiers in iPhone battle. How far we have come, only to conquer all and be victorious. To those who are still fighting...I can't imagine how weak and fruitless must be any words of mine but attempt to beguile you from the grief of a loss so overwhelming that your iPhone did not come today. But I cannot refrain from tendering to you the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the Republic you have fought to save. That's so infuriating when they do that. Call them, and they might tell you a place where you can meet the driver such as when he stops at a UPS Store on his route.
