Since this is not your fault at all, why Apple doesn't get you a phone from some store or on priority basis? Did you talk to Apple care? This is unacceptable.
I Have the same delivery date for JB+ 128. The wait is killing me9/9 @ 2:04 CST Only says delivers 11 November
yes well jet black is not available in any store near me. i am talking to apple care and they said they are trying their best to prioritize my order. So lets see what happens and yes i was pretty pissed about it.
Haha yeah I could not believe it. My shipping dates still say 11/14-11/22 but I don't know why it would be PFS and I'd be charged the taxes if it really wasn't.
Honestly, I always use to think, States has the best customer service by far. In fact I still the same cause if you travel to Europe then the customer service is alright, nothing great. In Asia it's even worst. Specially in India.
I'm pretty sure they will go beyond to deliver your iPhone as soon as possible. Hope you get it soon!!!

Just go and visit a store and meet a manager. December is too far man. And especially when you had ordered in September and it wasn't even your fault, then why not get your guns ready and fire them. I'm sure they will have to work something out for you

My Apple Store usually gets 2-5 att blacks in the week and they sit there for an hour or 2, Verizon blacks sit there for about a day and it's been 2 days for sprint 256 blacks(all sizes are still sitting there) and tmo sits there for a day. I could've had one but couldn't decide between matte or jet black. If I could pick up the sprint without a plan I would.
