I haven't even been able to view my order in this screen since ordering. Only able to see it on the first screen in the T-Mobile app and I have my email and text confirmations.
Same for me.

I have a bluetooth set that I already love. I'll keep the set that comes with the iPhone put up as a spare. At least now being the only iPhone person in the house, these pesky teens won't bother to steal them. They go through more headphones than anyone I have ever came in contact with.

All joking aside... this is what came up right now when checking my status...
I'm holding off on a case until I see what the grip is like on the black iPhone 7 plus.
I had this happen last year as well, ordering through Exec team the Monday after launch...didn't get there right on launch day, but I think the Monday after.
I finally made the switch to T-Mobile after being with At&t for 18 years. I walked into the store on Friday night. I switch my plan and bought an iPhone 7 plus 128 jet black and an iPhone 7 gold for the wife. The clerk told me that there is no back order and I should receive my phones in the mail on Friday. I get a confirmation email about my order the next day telling me My phones will be shipped 11/01/16 - 11/30/16. I thought that was some kind of date place holder tell the iPhone ships this week but when I called customer service he told me that the computer system at the store is different from the main national system and is behind on that kind of information, so those dates are correct. He told me that there's a very, very small chance to get the phones I want by standing in line at a store on Friday. Oh, and I can't sign up to T-Mobile online to help track any of this because I don't have a T-Mobile phone yet.
am i the only one who really doesn't care about the wireless airpods?

Ordered a Jet black plus 128gb on 09/09 but ordered this one 09/10 and this one already getting processed and hopefully shipped for launch
Anyone else?
nope.Has anyone been charged for a IP7+ 256gb for a scheduled date of 9/19-9/27?
Or anyone with a plus model between 9/15-10/01 been charged?
never be without protection
you had an estimate way past launch as well? this would be disappointing. she told me this via email in response to me asking if it'll actually take that long after I first got my estimate.
the second charge today check now if only mine was nextWell you'd be the first.. it means you're well on your way unlike the rest of us.
I sure hope not. I have the same date and completesd order at 12:35 PST. Should be by launch.my est time of arrival has been 9/27-10/24 since the beginning. i placed the order with the executive team and she said she would "prioritize" it. With that kind of estimate, is there pretty much no shot I'm getting on launch?
It seems to me that T-Mobile came up with the Jump On Demand free iPhone promotion at the very last minute, maybe because they heard that one of the other carriers was going to do the same. If that's the case, they put everyone else in the company at an extreme disadvantage because the online ordering system couldn't be modified that quickly to accommodate the promotion and too many of the customer service reps were not prepared on how to handle those orders. That would also make sense as to why straight answers can't be provided as to how to actually do the trade in.
This isn't the first time that I've felt like T-Mobile has just thrown these promotions together. I like T-Mobile (been with them for at least 13 years, I think it's been), but some of the things that they do are just crazy. I'm still on the original Jump program, so I didn't have any problems placing my orders online Friday morning. But, I also learned my lesson from the first iPhone pre-order that T-Mobile ever did with the 6, and didn't stay up to try to place my order at midnight PDT.
Watching some of his videos & such, he DOES seem to have that personality. Lol.Yup, I feel like John Legere comes up with these things on the go, honestly. Like he just thinks of some free iPhone promo and messages his execs "FREE IPHONE ON US!" the day before the announcement.
