So did Apple just use are preorders to create a forecast of what they need? I could see if they were really short on supply for preorders but to have none is not acceptable. Not after I stayed up all night for this damn preorder only to be on the phone for 2 hours with no success because I was on JOD. Then to change to Jump 2.0. It's not going down like this. Maaaan. Lol. We about to go ball to the wall and hijack some Planes.l lmao..

that is exactly what apple did this year.

These both doc talking about monthly bill credit which they will apply toward EIP. Can you send me doc where it says monthly EIP payment will reduce if you apply lump sum or trade-in value to EIP.

Getting your rebates or bill credits
T-Mobile will give you the value of your trade-in as a one-time bill credit. After that, we'll apply monthly bill credits toward your device monthly payments. Depending on the total of the trade-in value of your device and the monthly offer credits, your new device net cost could be as low as free after 24-month finance agreement.

I read an article saying the T-Mobile would be taking orders on the 16th. Now I can't find it.

If you can find the article let me know. I've been trying to find out if they'll be doing the Series 2 anytime soon since Friday and each person gives me a different answer. I have a preorder with Apple for one but I'd rather do an EIP.

low supply would lead to higher demand. sony, microsoft and nintendo are all guilty of it too when they put out a new console. its bs that they're able to get away with it.

Actually when Apple came out saying that the extent of the Note 7 debacle wasn't in full affect and they probably thought they would have lower sales because of the headphone jack and the fact that iPhones have been selling far less for a while. So my guess was they were trying to save face in the event it didn't do well. So I guess they'll be having a change of heart real soon.

That logic actually makes perfect sense, still they know that around release time it is going to sell

Everytime I here that the regular iPhone sell better than the Plus, I'm like of course it does. If it's the only damn phone available what do you expect. For example,if I'm a cafeteria manager and we are serving Pizza and Spaghetti for lunch and I only make 20 pizzas and 400 Spaghetti. Can I really say the Spaghetti was a hot seller because it sold more.

Basically Tmobile/Apple must have known that they wouldn't have the 7+ on release day.. people who ordered at 12:01 are getting delivery dates of 19-26.. thats BS.
I wish companies could be straight with people so everyone knew when to expect their phones.

I think from now on I'll make sure to think about getting the phone around November to let the disappointment and hype die down first. What on earth is the point in Pre-ordering if you can't get it on the day it goes on sale? It's ridiculous.. actually I'm ridiculous for caring this much haha.

Thanks,

Do I need to call them to apply trade-in value towards EIP monthly payments? Have you done this before?

I don't want to apply trade-in value towards my monthly bill and then pay them again $6.88 and $13.13 /mo for my both orders.
