Thanks,

Do I need to call them to apply trade-in value towards EIP monthly payments? Have you done this before?

I don't want to apply trade-in value towards my monthly bill and then pay them again $6.88 and $13.13 /mo for my both orders.

I have not. I sell my iPhones i craigslist and pay my phone off with them. get way more for it.

thats correct. Ill sell my iPhone 6s for 600 with accessories and put it toward my new iPhone 7+ and pay off the remaining over a month or 2.
thats a great way of doing it this way the bill is cheaper for you and plus you don't have your investment till next year.

you still pay your normal monthly payment of 27 bucks but when you get that spare money just pay off whats left, get it unlocked and poof now your iPhone 7 is worth more because it is unlocked.

Man I really regret not grabbing it from Apple. I thought I'd be able to do IUP from the Apple Store app but by the time I realized I couldn't it was too late. Going the route I went last year and just buying it outright.. Will get T-Mobile to unlock it after 40 days (absolutely dumb rule if you are paying full price), but I'm still annoyed with myself for missing Apple's window.

Is anyone having the T-Mobile website saying they can only show one item of your order right now? It says it's processing but it says the dates changed ( when they haven't ) and that it can only show me one item

I have the same status on my app as well, although the dates haven't changed like yours did. I'm still getting 11-01 - 11-30

To be honest in my opinion it wouldn't make sense if every iPhone 7 plus will be delivered after launch day that was preordered from tmobile. I get that it's limited but that doesn't make sense that tmobile won't get any supply this week for delivery launch day especially those who ordered right at midnight on the 9th

i honestly wish t mobile would do the AUP online too would be much easier i mean besides the horrible aftermath they had a few days ago it would be much less of a pain then going through jump/JOD Plans.

Getting your rebates or bill credits
T-Mobile will give you the value of your trade-in as a one-time bill credit. After that, we'll apply monthly bill credits toward your device monthly payments. Depending on the total of the trade-in value of your device and the monthly offer credits, your new device net cost could be as low as free after 24-month finance agreement.

This is what they sent me in Twitter. 2nd line..he said applied to account balance.

You will be reimbursed for your new device in two ways: a one-time bill credit for the value of their trade-in and monthly EIP bill credits. Because this one-time bill credit is applied to your account balance (not their EIP balance), you will see a monthly EIP charge that is higher than your monthly EIP credit.
Here is how the first order breaks down.
EIP total $649.99

Monthly EIP payment $27.08

Monthly EIP credit ($20.21)

Remaining monthly EIP payment $6.88

Total remaining EIP payment $165

One-time trade-in value credit
(applied to account balance)

Total Customer Cost for offer $0

The confusion comes from the one-time trade in credit, which is the $165. That gets applied to the account to reduce the $6.88 EIP payments to 0. *JasonT
