Woah, when did you order? My order went so smooth it scared me.
That might be the catch lol I ordered mine on the 11th since my card was acting up. I don't mind if It comes after launch, but if it actually ships between 11/1-11/30 then I'll be a little disappointed

You know what's pretty funny is that Apple says they're all about making for a great customer experience. While their products certainly achieve that (well, for the most part, if you don't have a bricked iOS 10 update or an iPhone 6 with "Touch Disease") and their services achieve that (customer service, Genius Bar, free workshops and youth programs), it's the experience of getting their products and services that is relatively the worst part of the Apple experience that should be completely revisited and revamped.

Granted, third-party companies such as wireless carriers that don't have the same level of commitment as Apple are involved that hamper the experience. And for many customers, it's not a straight purchase unlike getting a Mac: there are many different programs and methods on how people obtain the iPhone and iPad, such as upgrade programs, lease programs, finance programs, trade-ins, etc.

I thought that new head of Apple Retail Angela Ahrendts was supposed to address and fix all that, but two years later, it's still a mad rush at 3AM Eastern Time into antiquated, broken, and overburdened systems, and every party has a difference answer for every customer, and everyone has a different experience.

You're right, but I have a feeling apple loves the attention they get from these launches. It used to be long lines and camping out at the store. Now it's digital buzz about shortages and threads in every forum about when phones are shipping and live plane tracking. If anything they are masters of attention.

i wish there was away for me to tell what is going on with my order. i ordered a iPhone 7 plus gold 32gb. i used my JOD upgrade, so there is nothing for me to get charged. i ordered it on 9/9/16 at 6:45am and the EIP was signed and sent back at 6:55am. anyone have any ideas? i can't figure out the ups, mychoice thing.

5 planes landed at L'Ville no more than 2 hours ago.. 2 Currently in Air. 3 more set for departure in few hours.. Extremely hopefull that we will awake to alot of shipping notifications by 9AM Est

Spoke to T-Mobile executive response today. I had a case with them because an error on their part caused me to have to place my order 12 hours later than originally intended. Due to that, they bumped my order to priority and she assured me that I would get my 7 plus 128gb Black on Friday. She said that the orders will start shipping tomorrow and those of us who will get it on Friday will be getting emails starting tomorrow with tracking numbers.

got charged for my Girls Gold iPhone 7+ 32gb her ETA was 9/19 -9/26

now i patiently for matte black on to be charged which has the estimated date of the 9/27 -10/10

I am sure will see charges tomorrow. It's impossible to think that black iphone 7 Plus will not be delivered on launch day.
