Did you notice that we are been charge for 1 dll from tmobile to make sure the credit card preauthotized is valid? I am sure we will see full charged tomorrow. I have two charges for 1 dll. I ordered two iphone 7 Plus black 256
i never got charged i think that 1$ but i got all texts and signed

Because Executive Response always fixes my issues. They screwed up my 6S Plus preorder and gave me an apple watch for free last year. So yeah, I believe her 100% based on their track record with me. Executive Response is the way to go if you want to get something done.

How do you get in touch with them? They screwed up my order at 3am est also and I had to reorder at 7am. If nothing I would like to contact them.... thanks in advance

email John Legere. i got in contact with them the other day and they unfortunately couldn't bump my order up after the two hour hold snafu but they did pay my phone bill for the month

Spoke to T-Mobile executive response today. I had a case with them because an error on their part caused me to have to place my order 12 hours later than originally intended. Due to that, they bumped my order to priority and she assured me that I would get my 7 plus 128gb Black on Friday. She said that the orders will start shipping tomorrow and those of us who will get it on Friday will be getting emails starting tomorrow with tracking numbers.

I'd like to share my experience and see what everyone thinks. I have JOD and in the past just preordered in the store. But this time I heard demand will be high and supply may be low so I decided to call to upgrade. I managed to figure out which number to call a little after 12 am. I spent almost an hour on the phone with a very nice salesperson but they were having problems with their computers and because she kept trying to input my card info it locked her out and she had to call me back in 24 hours to complete the order. She did call back and we were able to complete the order. I told her my concern about losing my place in line. And she assured me that I wouldn't. I ordered matte black 7 plus 128 GB. I got the EIP not long after the call and signed it. The salesperson quoted me a time frame of 9/19-9/26 But after that it's been moved to 9/27-10/10. And it's been there ever since. Plus still not charge on my card. In the past the stores never carried the higher capacity models on launch day so I had to order them. I reached out on Twitter and they couldn't tell me anything. And they couldn't help me with my frustration over the later order, though it wasn't through any fault of mine. And that bothered me. Curious to get some input from anyone here. Thank you.

atleast the matte blacks are finally starting to show up i got nothing neither still for my jet black however they charged me earlier today for rose gold that my wife wanted but still no tracking.
