No. They don't know much more than any of us. And if they do you wouldn't know because of conflicting info from different reps

Simply mention them, and they will reply and you have to grant them permission to access t-mo account info, and they will DM you.

Off topic, but how do guys (and gals) like iOS 10 so far?
My biggest thing is trying to get use to unlocking the phone. My favorite feature so far is the resigned look of the Music app. Much easier trying to get to a playlist I like or artist.

If you want to go back to the tradicional unlocking you can change it somewhere within the settings.

So a T-Mobile rep from the "Executive Office (Sounded like a regular rep sent to shut me up)" just called me and put a nail in my coffin. At least I won't keep refreshing and hoping for a 9/16 delivery. I just don't think it's realistically possible.

I had emailed earlier on because it didn't make sense that my order was placed at 3:03 am EST on 9/9 and still getting a 9/27-10/24 ship date. This is for a 128GB Jet Black 7 Plus. She assured me that there's nothing they can do until Apple updates them. The estimated ship dates are just the reality and very accurate. She said she's sorry and gave a $60 credit.

Ah, I remember how much I wanted the original iPhone back then but I was only in 7th grade. My mom of course wouldn't budge. She ended up getting me an iPod Touch the next year and I finally got my first iPhone (the 3GS) in 2009!

My delivery date is 11/01-11/30 ... this will be a really long wait!

This was My Choice UPS for last month's Note7 Launch. It just shows how quickly UPS can move your order. I know this is way different that an iPhone launch. but it shows if your phone doesn't leave Louisville until 12:01 am on The 16th you can still get it.
