I feel like booking a flight to Louisville so I can go to the warehouse to get them to tag my phone.

Hi folks, I need help knowing if my 7+ is the right model and if this is the right info? So I am signing up for the Apple iPhone Upgrade Plan. So here's my crazy story:

So I spoke to Apple over the phone, they told me to go to the store for T-Mobile. I got there and the store told me to come back Friday to scan a physical phone. They said I can order a phone (which I did) and then come back to do a "closed box return" to get converted to the Upgrade Program. I am looking at a 128gb Matte Black GSM model, but it doesn't indicate T-Mobile online. So would anyone know if this is the right track? Thanks.

Just got tracking for 32GB Rose Gold 7 Plus...
This was the one I had to order later due to their system crashing. Ordered 3:30am PACIFIC TIME (Us Arizonans don't believe in daylight savings time though!)

Ordered 3:30am, Signed EIP 5 mins later. Quoted 9/19-926.

My other 2 phones (JB+ and Matte+ still have no movement... despite being ordered at 12:04am)

Well thank you T-Mobile app for telling my order is still processing!! I'm not too sold on getting them on Friday since it still says processing

The app seems to update slower than using a web browser. The app still showed USPS shipping while the browser was updated to UPS Expedited Next Day.

Apple is literally making our phones as we speak. They operate just-in-time which means they keep very few units in stock and manufacture as needed. Pre-orders are a good way for them to know how many to make and operate JIT. Don't give up hope until Friday is passed.
