Just received shipping notification from T-mobile for my iP7+ Gold 128G ordered 9/10 at 4:30pm CDT...

I wanted a black or jet black model but ended up with the Gold specifically because T-mobile was showing long lead times. Original shipping estimate was 9/27-10/10...

THIS GIVES ME HOPE FOR MY BLACK 128GB 7 PLUS that's est shipping is 9/27-10/10!

Okay so here is my two cents: I've been reading everyone's debbie downer comments about phones that won't be shipped until the estimated delivery times but here is the situation:
- The black and jet black phones are shipping to USA today and tomorrow
- The estimated shipping times are based on the system's queue which really has no idea how many iPhones they are even getting
- Apple actually has ramped up production of the iPhones if you read online
- People in other colors besides black and jet black who had later shipping dates such as late Sept, early Oct have already had notices of theirs shipping now
- I honestly can't see apple not being able to meet quota for 2 months, especially if they ramp up production
- Tmobile's systems are obviously terrible, so we can't rely on them

There's hope!

This is very promising. I ordered a matte black 256 plus, on 9/11 in the afternoon, on a whim that it'd get here by launch day. 9/27-10/10 shipping estimate. But your post gives me hope!

All, checked in my contact at VZW, and they are in the same boat, movement with other SKUs but not the black and jet black 7+. He was the one that told me that we would start seeing orders being charged last night...

Just got word that black and jet black models will see movement/charges at some point today and tomorrow and will be in hand by Friday. Don't be surprised if you see no update at all and have your phone delivered on Friday. The black and Jet black models were in transit yesterday and today and will be also coming in all day tomorrow.

If you have a 9/19 date for any order, your phone will be in on Friday.

I think you are 100 % correct. Same thing happened last year. T-Mobile's systems take forever to update. It's like they're using hardware from the 90's.

This guy over here...
I find it funny how this happens every year with T-Mobile pre-orders. Went through this with iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, and now the iPhone 7. T-Mobile just uses place holder dates. I'm sure all of us (minus those Jet Black people though) will see movement on our black iPhone 7+'s soon. Enhance your calm, Lenina Huxley.

Yeah man people are stupid, its so funny how people are even cancelling pre orders or getting a diff color or size because they really think they are gonna get their phones in 2 months? Do you people here know how logistics, place holders, companiess work? SMH, GET SOME BRAIN SON
