Mines said that since I preordered on Friday.
Wow, okay. Just wanted to make sure I was the only one. Being stuck in limbo sucks lol.

I can see mine on my t mobile my account page, only difference is mine is a 128gb. Are you a new line or new customer? or doing an upgrade?
It was an upgrade on an existing line. I tried looking both ways, for new and by logging in and no dice. Hope something updates today.

Question - for those of us who went for the "free" upgrade promotion, how do we add the new 7 phone to the existing line of the old phone that is being traded in? Do we just insert the current working SIM from the old phone into the new phone, or do we have to call Tmobile and activate the new SIM in the 7 phone which then deactivates the old SIM?

I just got a text giving me about 4 weeks to send in my old phone.

I just got charged for the 7+ 128gb rose gold I ordered for mum on 9/11. Original delivery date was the whole month of November (still shows that on the TMo website).

Reading this thread is so funny. So you're going to go a year or more with the phone you didn't want, because you have to wait a month or two for one you do want? That makes sense.

People are so out of control. I know it's fun to have a new toy and I preorder, but all the people continually contact customer service is absurd. Why can't people just relax and get their phones when they get them. It's not like you'll be phoneless.

Same response I gave this thread, some people are really stupid, even changing sizes/models/or colors. When if it really says 2 month it will be 2-3 weeks at most. idiots

If these charges are true, it looks like more planes are landing or have landed in Anchorage, so maybe once they make that jump it does have something to do with it?

Also i suggest everyone download this app, its a plugin for your browser and computer called lightshot, you just hit print screen and you can copy and paste anything without having to open paint or any other program and save and attach screenshot to ANYTHING you do on your computer

You should be able to just switch the sim. Be sure to turn off find my iPhone on the old phone.

Yes just put the sim in the new phone and Tmobile will know your new phone from the IMEI. Then just ship your phone back from the label they gave you.

Idk I have a good feeling that I will hopefully still be getting my 128GB 7+ Black this weekend or monday the latest. It's funny. I have no problem waiting until monday, it's just the suspense of not having that notification from tmobile, so it almost feels fake

I pre-ordered a 128G 7+ Silver on Friday around 6pm via JOD. Original expected ship date was between 10/25 and 11/11. I just got noticed that the charge went through on the credit card.

I thought about inserting the its happening guy but let's just pretend I'm old and can't work fancy gifs instead of lazy.
