This is what I was just told from T-Mobile. 8 ordered at 11:55pm (pst)...
This is kinda ******** and I'm tired of having these issues with T-Mobile
I wouldn't put much stock in this... he is linking you to the shipping dates for phones preordered now.
 
I haven't received any information other than my confirmation the day I ordered. So.. I have no idea
if you don't see anything try talking to the executive response team email them they should contact you back might take up to a couple days but they got more insight then normal reps do.
 
I was late to the preorder party and preordered a iPhone 7 128 GB Jet Black Tuesday morning online at T-Mobile. Expected ship is between 11/1-11/30. Had one rep tell me I would likely receive it sooner, other reps have said that's their best estimate.

Card hasn't been charged yet. I get this was a really popular release and color but 2 months is a little ridiculous.


I ordered the same phone at 12:30am PST on the 9th and got the same shipping window. Don't feel bad.
 
A T-Mobile rep said my phone was back ordered and that I will have it between the 27th and the 10th... hmm idk if I can believe anything they say lol. Still processing

I 100% guarantee that estimate is if you ordered now. Tmo reps do not have up to the minute shipping info for orders that are in the pipeline.

You already have an order placed...trust me, there is zero need to call Tmo for updates. It's out of their magenta hands at this point ;)
 
I got my tracking information. T-mobile claims 'UPS Overnight' but the UPS site says UPS 2nd day air for the trackin number. Which should I believe?

That's normal. It'll be overnight from the Hub....unless you're in a more remote location type thing.
