Here was my experience. I wanted to order an iPhone 7 Plus matte black 128 GB using JOD. But to do that I had to call. Took me a bit to find the number to call. So I called a little after 12 am last Friday. I was on the phone with the really nice salesperson for almost an hour, dealing with issues like a slow system and having to keep entering my info. After trying different ways to place the order I was told that I would have to wait 24 hours before I could complete the order. That was because she tried too many times to put in my card info, explaining that it was for protection, can't remember her specific words. So exactly 24 hours later she did call me back and we were able to complete the order. This was early Saturday morning. Got the confirmation e-mail by the afternoon and signed it. I was worried that I would lose my place in line by making the order later, but she told me that I wouldn't. (She was probably wrong lol). When I was on the phone with her she quoted a time frame of 9/19-9/26. But after placing the order it was shown as 9/27-10/10 and that's where it's been ever since. No update on anything. No charge on my card. Thought about dropping by a T-Mobile store Friday to see if they will have any but I'm not holding my breath. I work overnights so I'm not able to stand in line all night. Plus in the past they never carried the higher capacity models so I had to order them, but I made the order in the store. So that is where I'm at now.
