Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

So if we have been charged, and a ups label has been created, we can expect the phones to ship today?

The above has happened but not updates on my order via tmobile.

You're not getting it. Apple can't produce them any sooner because they need to load the new iOS onto the phones. And to push back launch dates when you could have sold 10s of millions units in the meantime would be a terrible business decision. Thank goodness you are not the COO of a company!

(Slotted for the 9/26-10/10 7+ 128gb matte black).

She was having difficulty changing it so she put me on hold to talk to a supervisor, came back and said the charge already went through, and the order dropped to the warehouse for shipping to be received tomorrow. A tracker number will be sent out shortly.

I gave up the night before after getting weird error codes with fake order numbers, and called in the morning of 9/9, getting finally confirmation at 9:08PST. I imagine there should be good stock for anyone who ordered ahead of me.

Let's put a positive spin on all this craziness. Look at it this way, many of you with October and November ship dates may be surprised. They are probably over estimating the ships date to give themselves some room. Chances are you will get them before your ship dates. If it's crazy now, imagine what people would be like if their ship dates came and went and nothing was progressing in the order. They are giving themselves some wiggle room. I know that you want your phone tomorrow but it doesn't look like that will happen. Just my 2 cents.

We thought we would wake up happy. There is still hope. Lots of planes coming tonight so worst case Monday delivery. And who knows, the system could be all messed up and you could receive your phone tomorrow anyways.

Still processing on a black 32gb 7, but it still says it's expected to ship today. I sure hope so!

I tried about 6 times over last weekend to apply a trade in to my order but kept getting an RMA error. I decided to try again yesterday and it worked. If you use the search tool on the my T-Mobile page, there's an area where you can do a trade in for an existing order.

You type in the order number and then the IMEI number of the trade in phone, answer some condition questions and agree to terms. Once I completed the steps, the trade in was immediately "attached" to the iPhone 7 order as a trade in.

Just got this text... Didn't offer my phone for trade in since it's paid off. Should I be worried or is this a sign of getting my phone lol

Now that you've posted your tracking # on the internet, anyone who wants it will soon have your address. Might want to think about deleting it, and ask the member who quoted it to edit the quote.

this.... people ordering the same phone as me today are getting the same shipping window as me(nov1-nov30) and i ordered on the 9th at 3:40 am est.... if tmobile wasnt catching up on orders, theres no way people ordering today would get the same shipping window. i know i aint getting it tomorrow but im guessing early october. jet black + 128

Can't load the Order Status page on either my phone or my laptop. Maybe shipping information is getting updated? I was going to check my old 6s order and see how long that one took to deliver, but I guess I can't right now.

I contacted tmobile again this morning and now this rep says blacks are on back order and won't be getting shipped until the 27th or later. But, how is this possible if blacks have been shipped for people?
