I was told on the day preorders started i had to switch to the One plan if I wanted to trade in my 6+ for a 7

Since im on the simple choice promo($99 for 2 lines unlimited LTE) I declined and kept my 6+

T-Mobile is incompetent as hell I have learned. Verizon was shady but at least their reps always knew their ****.

I love how I switch to T-Mobile 6 months ago from Verizon and now T-Mobile is becoming just like Verizon in almost every way, except not as good of service.

Very disappointing.

Tmo is still better than Verizon in so many ways. And they have better reception and download speeds in my area.

I know that promo news is upsetting for some of you...but don't give up on Ole Magenta.

I completely understand some people's date are all the way in November. But it is so irritating that I haven't gotten no information and my ship date is 9/27-10/10. A lot of people say that I could get it tomorrow without T-Mobile or UPS being updated but I'm not sure if that's true in my situation

I have pre-ordered through T-mobile for a few iPhone cycles, and it is always the same process, for the most part. I have a feeling the reason so many of us received 9/19-9/26 on 7+'s is because they are and have always been expected to be the last phones to arrive in ahead of Friday's launch. There are only so many hours in a day, so they are playing it safe in case they can't get them shipped in time. But I do expect some of them to ship today. Totally a gut feeling... nothing but previous experience to go from... I am not going to join the "call the t-mobile rep and expect them to be informed" club.

T-mobile charged my credit card for my Jump Upgrade yesterday but no change in my order status - still says Being Processed - Estimated to ship 10/25-11/11 for a 7 Plus 128GB Silver. Order was placed 9/11. I got my hopes way up when I saw the charge hit...
