I have no tracking or origin scan, UPS my choice is completely blank

I'm in Philly. 7plus gold 128gb expected ship date 9/19-9/26. Card charged yesterday morning. Status still "processing". Really really hoping it'll change to shipped soon.

Has anyone already received a shipping notice for an order that was expected to ship after launch?

T-mobile charged my credit card for my Jump Upgrade yesterday but no change in my order status - still says Being Processed - Estimated to ship 10/25-11/11 for a 7 Plus 128GB Silver. Order was placed 9/11. I got my hopes way up when I saw the charge hit...

That's promising that your card was charged. "Normally" that doesn't happen, unless shipping is going to happen in the next day or two. We'll see soon enough if some of these later shipping window orders, start to ship sooner than later.

When does the plane come?? I'm a little behind in the updated 'plane schedule' lol!

Planes come into AZ around 5am. It's unloaded at Sky Harbor, then sorted at the facility there. Then it's taken to whichever sort facility covers your area. There are 4 facilities in the valley. Once they arrive at the sort building they're sorted and loaded onto the proper car. They are shipped next day saver so they could be delivered anytime during the day, but if they are inundated with air packages they also have Air drivers that can supplement the regular drivers.

As much as I love Cali I do miss AZ. Military fam so I did a year in Peoria and a year in Glendale.

My card still hasn't been charged and my bill hasn't been updated yet with the new total, I'm showing a -216 balance from extra EIP payments I made and the $120 credit T-Force gave me to get to 50% to Jump for the iPhone 7. I think it usually updates around this time of the month so I'm waiting to see what my total will be and if that plays a role in when my card is charged.

Looks like I'm in the same boat as many of you. Ordered around 5am PST on 9/9 (after trying for 2+ hours to get it through at midnight then finally giving up). Black 7+, 128, estimated ship date 9/27-10/10. No movement yet, or charge to the card, or anything in my UPS.

After the T-Mobile site came back on, it added "Your shipping date range has changed"...

But it still shows 11/1-11/30. I ordered a 7+/128gb/Jet Black in-store on 9/9 at around 9:30a CST. It's a little ridiculous.

I completely understand some people's date are all the way in November. But it is so irritating that I haven't gotten no information and my ship date is 9/27-10/10. A lot of people say that I could get it tomorrow without T-Mobile or UPS being updated but I'm not sure if that's true in my situation

Um...several people have posted already that you CANNOT go by the estimated delivery dates. All you're doing at this point is fretting for no reason. YES, it is entirely possible that you will get your phone tomorrow or in a few days WITHOUT any notification from TMO OR it showing up in your MyUPS. Again, this has happened to MANY people on TMO. Happened just last year! Just be patient.
