I know many of you have talked about going thru the Apple preorder process next year hoping it will be better. From what I can tell T-Mobile is the only carrier where you can't do the Apple upgrade program. So you would have to pay full price for the phone all at once. I'm I wrong on this?
You have to go in store to do it

What a pain in the butt. I wonder why it's the only carrier you can't order online.

Hoping it's going to change by next year. Really want to avoid ordering through T-mobile from now on. But if they have another deal then… see you here next year ha.

Label has been created since 10pm yesterday and still no movement.

Don't think I'm going to have my device tomorrow so I'm guessing Monday.

It's still quite possible.

It's very normal for me in the past, to go from label creation to origin/departure scan, in the middle of the night. And it gets delivered the next day. Of course it depends on where you are in the country, but almost all my Tmo preorders, leave Louisville at about 1am pst and it's in my hands in Portland, OR by 10am pst.

Once it ships from KY....it's fast.

Of course if yours hasn't left China....that's another story ;)

I don't understand

Exactly. Because at this point the hype for the phone is just over with to me. I'm not even excited because I literally have no idea what's going on. And on top of it my shipping address is still wrong and with people saying phones can be delivered without any updates.... This sh*t is just ridiculous. So to me... My phones prob getting sent to someone else whenever it comes that is.
Yep. Getting any type of service is not available. Also they are so overloaded that we're getting foreign call center people that literally know nothing.

So today I went to T-Mobile on a non preorder related matter and overhead a rep on the phone with a customer saying they open at 8am tomorrow. Then he gets off the phone and tells another rep that this is going to be the worst Apple launch day. He then says he doesn't even know why they are opening Early when they only have like three phones. Lol.

Then I asked the rep if he could check the status of my phone which has the date of 9/19 to 9/26 matte black and he says the system was showing partially backordered. And I'm like do you think I'll get part of my phone tomorrow.

Wow okay here's something new. I ordered my Matte Black IPhone 7 Plus 128GB on the 11th and got a shipping date of 11/1-11/30. He cancels his order and reorders today and gets a sooner shipping date soooo...
Maybe this means that whatever they estimated when you ordered is what it will show until it ships even if the inventory gets better. So yeah you'll probably get it sooner.

Everyone that's worried that their phone is just showing a label created, odds are you are still looking at a Friday delivery. UPS can get those phones on tonights planes back on to other planes, then to depots, and then on to trucks in the morning *easily* they are masters at JIT logistics
