My brother dropped the 6s+ he bought off my friend to trade in for the 7+ with the deal on Monday and broke the camera lens. He had it for like 3 hours.
Just wanted to add on to this. Lost my iPhone 6 a month back on a very blurry night out drinking. A month later. Phone still has not been turned on. My conclusion is that I dropped it and it's broken somewhere. Paying off the phone for 2 years. Had $27 left to pay off on EIP. Now I start over and that starts with this wait for my iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Jet Black.
 
Just cancelled my 128GB Jet Black Plus that was scheduled for 9/27-10/24. Can't get over the look of that thing. Looks like a Black iPhone 5C & it bothers me. Plus scratches that everyone's reporting.

I'll practice patience and wait for a 128GB Matte Black Plus instead. Placed the order and it's a small difference in wait time. 10/1-10/24. One of you will get my order I guess....

I was seriously considering switching to android then realized there aren't any androids on the market that can really match apple other than Samsung which is having issues. I was pissed as hell about the headphone jack thing.

If I don't get my phone until November, probably going to be my last iPhone. Apple really trying their hardest to push me away.

Can't even cancel and get a different model because T-Mobile says I would not be able to use my Jump again

yeah, but do you remember if everyone else was getting their CC charged/ getting tracking numbers?

I never checked online or anywhere. I preordered a day after in store because I also had to switch to T-mobile at the time. I figured I was really late so their delivery estimate was going to be on point. Sounds worse this year but I do think we'll all get our phones earlier than our delivery date once orders start going out and Apple stock increases.

I know many of you have talked about going thru the Apple preorder process next year hoping it will be better. From what I can tell T-Mobile is the only carrier where you can't do the Apple upgrade program. So you would have to pay full price for the phone all at once. I'm I wrong on this?

Yes, really. You are on a forum about iPhones. What do you expect? They have no problem extracting money every month out of your account but when it comes to customer service and trust they could care less.

The Note 7 will be back in stock on the 21st according to what's being said. Still using my explosive one(knocks on wood). Haven't had any issue with it. It's truthfully a good phone and the only Android worth having imo.
 
There was no line at my local t-mobile in the city. The lady was really trying hard to convince me out of joining the line with: "we don't have a lot of phones", "you're better off preordering", "you're going to have to cancel your preorder while you wait in line", "you already signed EIP, it's gonna be hard". Who is the customer here? Almost like she was trying to save some up for herself or her friends. Tempting to go early and join the line considering half of my phone is blacked out and cracked making it unusable.

She was probably just being honest with you.

OK GET REAL. I mean seriously, saying when it comes to customer service and trust and they could care less is ABSURD! I've gone to the Genius Bar a few times with damages I've done and they have taken great care of me. I dropped my MacBook a few months ago. I took it into the Genius Bar and he said, "I'm sorry, we don't cover damage you have done by dropping your MacBook." I said, "I understand, no problem." Of course, it was 100% my fault. Well, he changed his mind and said they would replace my screen for free and I had it back in two days. I had a tiny crack in my 3G iPhone and walked out with a new one. Apple has better customer service than any company out there, period. It's why I always buy from Apple.

Just because you are mad about waiting for a phone, which is STUPID, doesn't mean they have poor customer service.

If you think Apple is so bad, go ahead and buy a PC or Android phone and see how well they treat customers when there's a problem.
