OK GET REAL. I mean seriously, saying when it comes to customer service and trust and they could care less is ABSURD! I've gone to the Genius Bar a few times with damages I've done and they have taken great care of me. I dropped my MacBook a few months ago. I took it into the Genius Bar and he said, "I'm sorry, we don't cover damage you have done by dropping your MacBook." I said, "I understand, no problem." Of course, it was 100% my fault. Well, he changed his mind and said they would replace my screen for free and I had it back in two days. I had a tiny crack in my 3G iPhone and walked out with a new one. Apple has better customer service than any company out there, period. It's why I always buy from Apple.
Just because you are mad about waiting for a phone, which is STUPID, doesn't mean they have poor customer service.
If you think Apple is so bad, go ahead and buy a PC or Android phone and see how well they treat customers when there's a problem.
