Funny I was told 3 times by someone on the exec team who did my order for me, that 100% sure my one phone would be in release date- then unsure about 2nd phone. Neither of my phones were charged or had a labeled created after all that. guess her "prioritize promise" was **** on or a lie.

They all lied, to everyone, because they were lied to by the leadership. If you call them and ask for "loyalty department" then someone in "leadership" and explain it to them, they will put one of your order on a list to ship or deliver on the 16th, that's what I did.

So apparently I didn't do enough. I went through a bunch of things I was told that weren't true, and they didn't do a thing about my 9/19-9/26 shipping window. They did nothing to compensate for their error and misinformation. I would consider switching honestly if the competition wasn't so much worse.

Hmm... I guess it depend on the mood and knowledge of the representative, my leadership was miles smarter than any other rep I've ever talk to, still pretty stupid though, told me he ordered 32GB JET BLACK (JET only comes in 128 and 256) he later apologized and recanted his statement after I told him "If you say so, then you must be right", regardless, he even offered me a $20 bill credit, I declined and just forced him to fix the problem.

Ah. On one of my issues I just took the bill credit. All the people I've spoken to were not terribly smart which sucks. The thing I got from all my reps was the whole "We're working to get orders shipped as soon as possible" and I was just sick of hearing that phrase. You caused a problem, and provided an inadequate fix. My bill is also very high each month, so I'm basically paying them to sit like this. If I had another choice I would take it, but T-Mobile is the best value out of any other carrier.

I got really mad when they kept saying "All Pre-orders will ship at the same time, together, on the 16th".

Yeah. I probably could have gotten them to rush my phone if they had told me that. I'm so annoyed that I was in even before the system was supposed to open, and here I am waiting another week. This is one of the worst launches I've ever experienced, and I've done them all, save for the very first iPhone.

I truly feel for you, T-Mobile really needs to fix their pre-order system, their servers crash all the time during high traffic times, all the iPhone launches have been tragic for them.
 
Looks like I'm not getting mine today after all.... oh well....

Me too. Im the exact time as you. Also be careful it looks you authorized the driver to leave the package in front of your door without you signing it. It can be stolen easily
 
I've got 1 phone out for delivery and the other is not strange...different arrival scans to but same departure scan

I am a brand new customer to T Mobile with this very order so I am unfamiliar with what step in the process I am to getting a tracking number.

The best and fastest way to get a tracking number is to sign up for UPS myChoice or MyUPS, as soon as a label is created, you will see it there.
 
Are your guys' tmobile stores opening earlier than usual today?
Yes mine is opening at 8am

My order has been "being processed" since the first day of preorders lol

It's just a phone. You'll get it when you get it...

I'm just worried about how they are going to process all these trade-ins and give everyone the trade-in values and bill credits they are entitled too properly.

I also think T-Mobile is upgrading everything for the impending trade-ins maybe?

I don't think they will be too scrutinizing on the iPhone trade in. My guess is T-Mobile is getting next to nothing money wise from our trade in phones and is letting a third-party handle while collecting small fees for each phone. This is mostly to keep people on T-Mobile and bring new customers in. I bet lots of folks will get the trade in credit even though they forgot to ship their phones!
 
I'm a little disappointed because if there isn't movement today on my order, I'm not likely to get it by Monday either.

My window is 9/19-9/26 for 2 iPhone 7+ 128gb (JB & MB), so today is crunch time. C'mon T-Mobile!
