It's release date and I haven't even had my card charged or any update on my jet black 128gb iPhone 7. Not even the plus. What a complete joke. I don't know whether to blame Apple or T-Mobile at this point but this is absurd.

Lucky day for you my friend. I actually have two pair of size 10s from the release a couple weeks ago. Purchased for foot action with receipt. Lemme know you are interested. We are filling the same pain cause of the iPhone so I would be willing to part for you for the price I paid and shipping.

They told me at an AT&T store (was there for a business reason) that not even our local Apple Store has a single iPhone 7 plus model for today!!!

I am in same boat ordered at 5 am

I ordered on 9/13 so I can't be as mad as you, but still.

Also noted my shipping method also changed from UPS Expedited Next Day to just UPS. So apparently T-Mobile doesn't even feel like expediting my shipment.

Not pleased.

But after I got that text message to call about my
Trade in, the person I spoke with said that I would be getting my new phone much earlier now.
Then I got a notification updating my shipping dates. But it's just been sitting.

First in line is for people switching from other carrier to tmobile
second is EIP
And the back of the line is JOD getting the spare parts.

Yes. 7+ Black 32GB had a 9/16 date when I ordered at midnight on the 9th. Three days ago they changed it to 9/19-9/26.

Same thing with me. I had a 11/1 - 11/30 date. calling to process the trade in it change to 9/16 as well.

I was told that I saved my place in line by calling back so promptly on the text.
I originally called and preordered on 9/9 and mentioned I wanted to trade in a spare iPhone 6 Plus I had, and they followed up.
