Judging by the incompetence of the people packing up your shipments from T-Mobile, this is not surprising

estimated ship dates were early october

I ordered 3 JB+ and 2 Black plus, according t mobile the estimated ship dates were early october, but they pushed me ahead of the line. Then I got 3 order shipped emails from T-Mo at around 3AM with the same tracking number and nearly 2.4lbs as the shipping weight, which made me conclude that all the JB+ were coming in one box, but only a Black + and a Gold+ came out of the box, I didn't even order a gold one. My Apple 2 JB+ from apple came too.

So 1 out of 5 correct? Terrible. I'd send an email to Legere. Might get a quicker response.

You are not alone. My house is complicated no bell. So i have to be on the lookout all day until they come if not.. "Sorry we've missed you" notice lol

my ups hub is only open from 3-5:30. it better then waiting until 7 like my regular ups shipments. are there usually lines at the hubs for pick ups?

I just received the new iPhone. Guys, don't lose sleep over this thing. I've been playing with it for an hour. It's no faster nor have better battery life. I see no difference in this phone other than the new iOS and missing headphone jack. Stop freaking out over this.

Black all the way, I'm a Huge fan of glossy but this looks soooo delicate, I would be waxing it on and off with all kinds of wax like I spent 8 hours waxing my tesla. The matte black just looks better. It's sooo weird typing on this iPhone 7+ because the typing noise is coming from the top speaker.

I almost feel like I'm being entitled by agreeing with this, but it seems like that what you've posted is actually happening. I'm so mad right now.

And the rep I'm talking to is trying to tide me over with like "oh you'll get your phone next week." Not good enough when I had a 9/16 delivery, then it slipped to 9/19-9/26. I pay them a lot of money a month, and I don't expect things to be handled like they are when I'm making such high payments.

Then leave T-Mobile, buy an Android phone. Simple as that.
