Can you give us an idea of when you ordered and when/if/how you got updates from UPS or T-Mobile?

Haven't opens the JB+ from Apple yet, pics in a few minutes after I set these up.

I almost feel like I'm being entitled by agreeing with this, but it seems like that what you've posted is actually happening. I'm so mad right now.

And the rep I'm talking to is trying to tide me over with like "oh you'll get your phone next week." Not good enough when I had a 9/16 delivery, then it slipped to 9/19-9/26. I pay them a lot of money a month, and I don't expect things to be handled like they are when I'm making such high payments.

I feel you, same boat here. I was promised on the phone shipment and all my other non Pluses arrived. dumb AF.

I ordered at 12:01am was one the first thousand callers, then placed me on hold for 2 hours, told me they would call me back later, placed the actual orders on 9/9/16 5pm pacific, no updates from Tmobile until ups was out for delivery, I saw the tracking info on my UPS my Choice online account.
