Mine won't charge me due to my upgrade so I have no way to tell

The CC that you set up when you preordered should be charged for the sales tax when it is shipped. I feel like you'll probably get an update within this next week.

I really want them to charge mine :(

This is the last time I comment on this. With JOD, you can either pay your taxes up front or with your monthly payment. For my Note 7, I paid taxes upfront so I am done with those. With my iPhone 7 plus, I didn't pay the taxes upfront so they will be in my monthly payments ($31.00 + taxes = $33.26).

Every single phone has taxes to be paid. It's either up front or in monthly payments.

Well, it's 5:50pm and ups still shows "ready for ups". No updates. Hope it will at least be here Monday.

All my phones have the same date

Not in Oregon and a few other Sales Tax free states :) My monthly JOD bill for the 32gb + will be just that $31.

Tuesday it will arrive. they don't process on the weekends i think unless its labeled with saturday delivery. :(

Pretty sure UPS just doesn’t ‘close’ on the weekends. Things move 24/7 though they are not delivered until business days, of which Monday is one of those... You are probably looking at 9/19 being accurate.

T-Mobile says my phone shipped, UPS says it's still at the T-Mobile warehouse. I filed a claim because my phone hasn't moved for two days. No one can tell me where my phone is... lol

Ohhhhhh my man... there is zero need for that. You'll get it next week, unless this claim somehow prevents that.

It's totally normal for a label to be created and stay that way for a few days. That Tmo "It's shipped" email, is sent automatically when a label is created. Or shortly after. Normal :)

Mine hasn't left this status all day! Did they forget it at the hub? My other package from Amazon shipping UPS says out for delivery. I hope they just forgot to scan it and it will still be delivered today :(

Mine says exact same thing..getting worried it's hanging at the hub as well. I've called a few times and they keep reassuring me it will deliver by 7pm, but I've had it happen before and you just get a delivery exception at 7-8pm....
I'm calling again now..

I know it is, but no one can tell me where it is. I can understand if the label was created and I wasn't charged. However, I was charged three days ago, and the label was created that day. Friends of mine who ordered the exact same phone, a full day after me, have already received their devices. I live like fifteen minutes away from them. I would have no problem if someone could say, "Hey, it's still at our warehouse and it will be going out soon." However, this is the response I get from T-Mobile, "It was shipped today, and you will receive it tomorrow." I know I am not going to receive it tomorrow. lol

If a label has been created for a few days now...there's a 99% chance it's in Louisville, at Tmo's main hub....waiting to ship out, and then tracking will be updated when it gets its origin scan. Totally normal.

Let me know what happens. I called and the automated system said it was out for delivery so I'm hoping it's correct.
