Don't believe that there are other people that posted here with similar situations and they were not stuck with an all or none type of deal.
You could get one phone earlier without having to wait for them both to ship later.

Only have 5 months left on lease currently so would be cheaper than the buy a new phone + insurance costs if it was possible.

Anyone care to lend a hand? Me and my brother both received our phones today. No papers or anything inside the package which is odd.

How do we activate the phones? Can we just use the sim from the 6/6S

This is very sloppy on T-Mobile end, doesn't even have labels to return the phones for trade in or any info on how to do it
I'm very very annoyed right now

I don't see why you can't, doesn't hurt to try the nano sims from the other on the new.
I never bought a phone from tmobile so I can't say if they got something special you have to do first or what.

If I get my JB, mine will ALWAYS be in a case no matter what. And if like new condition, I'll probably make a good chunk of money off of it if I wanna sell it for the new one next year. I don't think a lot of people will have jet black cause of the wait. Problem is, do I really want to wait?

Anyone else in my boat? Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Black over the phone at 4:03 a.m. on 9/9. Quoted delivery between 9/19-9/26. Haven't been able to track my order online or with the T-Mobile app. Nothing comes up on UPS either. It's for one of the lines on our business account. Frustrating for sure, but T-Mobile via Twitter and their Executive Response team both say the order is fine and apologize for the technical infrastructure issues.

Not normally what they do. Someone must've messed up. If your old phones have the same size sims, just switch. I always do that to avoid a lot of extra steps.

same here, i just pop in my 6s's sim card....

But you did EIP through T-mobile correct? Was wondering about going for IUP from Apple and then cancel? Any issues there would you think? (Separate system link is my real question on what they could mess up on)
 
Ordered 7 plus JB 128gb 9/9/16 at 3:07AM ET, was happy to see 9/19-9/26 shipping estimate, I was expecting CC charge should occur really soon, but nothing yet. I'm checking my t-mobile account and credit card transaction like every 30 min lol..

I just turned the phone on! Sim is inside the new phones.
Or you could, as suggested, but your old Sim inside!
Don't know how it works with the return though...
 
Welp.. I think I'm officially all set up.

Got my iPhone 7
iPhone 7 all set up
ATT disconnected
Talked to someone over at T Mobile to get my "iPhone On Us" Promotion
All I have to do now is send in my old phone

What a launch..
 
I got my iPhone 7 128 GB at around 8 pm CT via UPS!!!
I also got my Spigen Wallet S Case (Amazon) and Spigen Glass Screen Protector (direct) today!

The new sim is in the phone. For the labels got to your T-mobile account and print it out where it says "Print Label"
 
So what it looks like is that the 32GB Plusses are slowly being charged and shipped so that means the 128GB Plusses SHOULD be following suit maybe around Monday?
