Let me know what happens. I called and the automated system said it was out for delivery so I'm hoping it's correct.

You're probably fine if it said out for delivery.

I hate UPS.. mine arrived in Houston last night and scheduled for delivery today. I called early in the morning when I saw the website tracking not updated to "out for delivery" and the rep was very confident it is on time and will deliver by end of day. Called a few more times throughout the day since no updates and no delivery. Called at 5pm and rep still sure it will deliver. At 7:20, called, on hold for the longest time (45 mins) rep finally says it was never scanned to go out for delivery so it will be rescheduled for Monday. No ****! That's why I've been calling throughout the day and could have even picked it up from the hub if any of the reps confirmed what I was worried about all day. This is for 5 128gb iphone 7's...so pissed.

Highly unlikely but I've seen it done (in previous pre-orders).

Do you get your card charge when the planes leave China or Alaska? Also does anyone have any updates on the 7+ jet black?

I believe that it's in Louisville where they receive the bulk shipments from Apple. Apple customers get their ish when it leaves China but T-Mobile doesn't take custody until it's here in the states.

UPS gave me the good ole " No one was home" for my delivery today, of course guy never showed up, I've been home all day, waiting for this mofo, now I have to wait until Monday, thankfully it's my wife's RG, and it's her birthday Monday, but dam this man

That's what they ALL look like. T-Mobile prioritized new customers over the jump onto band customers that way it will affect their stock by gaining new customers seems like an SEC manipulation if you ask me

FWIW, I'm JOD and had no issues. Got my 7+ Silver 128GB today (launch day). It's not so simple as "they screwed x category over for y category."

I've gotten that before too, such BS. I called as soon as the website updated and got a supervisor who made the UPS guy drive back since it was only a few minutes after delivery exception.

I sincerely hoped the rep was just looking at the shipping estimates chart for orders placed NOW. I will be so mad if I stayed up to pre-order but then end up not having my phone until 2 months later? Literally wtf.

Tmo rep told me more like the 23rd for 26th delivery. The rep told me they don't issue phones over the weekend because that department is closed.

Monday though Friday are the only times phones are sent out. makes me sad. they should be working overtime to get these phones out on time.
