Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

People that got their package held for pickup, is there a delay or are you able to pick it up on the scheduled delivery day?
 
Hey, any chance that T-mo will have any Black 7's in stock Saturday morning? I ordered a Jet Black nearly instantly on Friday morning but still have too wait a couple weeks. Also, if I do happen to find one, will I be able to easily cancel my pre-order if it hasn't shipped and be able to use my upgrade in-store? Thanks!

Arrived at 7pm my time, set up two phones, ran into a problem on the third, went to dinner... had the WORST food of my life. Came home, finished up the third phone, started on the 4th (my wife's) phone went nuts, called Apple spent an hour on the phone with a great guy there getting everything straightened out. Went to bed... tomorrow, the 5th phone, my mother-in-law's. I'm certain it will be a disaster.

The matte black iPhones are gorgeous the screens just look liquid. They all look entirely too delicate. I freaked out abit getting the kids to put them all in cases before they started using them because they look so slippery. I'm really happy with what Apple has done, REALLY looking forward to next year now, can't wait to see what they do for the 10th anniversary iPhone.

Meanwhile, my matte black 7+ is still in limbo. But I'm happy for the time being and feel like, in spite of that rotten mexican food, it was a great day.

Publicity. The hits you can get on a video like that will gladly make up for the device. Plus, we're all a little curious what would happen if someone came at us with a knife and all we had was our jet black phones, no?

I believe all of their stock will go to fulfilling preorders first. I can't imagine making people that preordered wait to sell a couple in store. Not with the shortages they are having. I also don't think we'll be waiting until November. October isn't out of the question though.

The YouTubers like him, that have millions of subscribers, are making good money in a lot of cases. Six figures per year sometimes. Pocket change for him.

It's fun to watch a phone take abuse. Especially the one that you just ordered :)

Torture tests have a valid place in tech. Always will.

Zach from "jerryrigeverything", thinks that Apple is not using Sapphire on the home button and camera lens this time around. He was able to scratch it on the same hardness level as the display. Which means, they most likely went with the same glass. Still tough, but not quite as hard as Sapphire.

Another reason why torture tests are a good thing :) Knowing little things like that.

So update! I did not receive my order iPhone 7 Plus, 128gb silver on launch date, (I did however receive my series2 Watch!) but I got a notice this morning finally on My Choice UPS that it will be here Monday! Considering that my expected ship date was 10/25-11/11 I'm still pretty happy!

Well this is interesting.. both of my 7+ JB 128GB orders now state that the delivery date was changed even though its the same date.. I wonder if that is the first step towards shipping sooner.. both phones are 10/25-11/11.
