Just called T-Mobile, I already know we've talked about the validity of reps information, but he said the 9/27-10/10 people are the second wave of shipment waiting from Apple and the dates are there just in case but they should be getting the shipment in soon. It could be these five planes coming in. We should see our phone mid week maybe.

T-mo called me said they have an issue with my order. they asked what my original delivery was. I said well duh 9/16 but it was moved from 9/16 to 9/19 and this guy says we don't see an estimated delivery on your order so please hold. lol so I'm on hold

UPDATE:

T-Mobile Rep he tells me they are having system issues and some orders were put in incorrect buckets held for issues like no funds, help for account balance, ETC... when they shouldn't be. So he is working on a resolution.

For anyone who was charged $20 for upgrading/ordering over the phone, you should have T-Mobile credit you for that $20. They tried the same nonsense when I was placing my order. I asked what that was and was told they began charging that fee in July. The idea, i was told, is to have people used 'self service', which is ordering online or in store. I mentioned that online is most definitely my preference as I'm not big on crowds, but that option was not available to me online. They waived the charge.

You can't tell people to order online to avoid the fee but then make it impossible to do so.

A side note. My 12.9 iPad Pro was completely dead when I picked it up to do a backup before upgrading to ios 10. Mailed it to Apple on Thursday. A replacement was sent out yesterday. I called a little while ago to find out if it was refurbished or new. Was told it is a new one. No problem. But I took the opportunity to relay my 'opinion' about how they handled this launch. The rep said she documented it and would pass on.

Btw. My order was thru JOD done on 9/9 at 3:09am. 128GB Plus Jet Black. My original $1 credit card charge from the 9th has disappeared and replaced with one on the 11th. Not sure why. Estimated shipping is 9/19-9/26.

Yep, I posted the same earlier but it's good to repeat it every so often. Also, if you don't want to deal with CS wait time and non sense, you can just message T-Force and they will take care of it for you. Went very smooth for me!

I worked tech support for a while. When they tell you they will pass it on, it's just a generic response so that the people who complain will stop complaining.

I would like to say stop calling but it seems like some of the reps have information and some don't so its nice to hear something. The main thing that is frustrating is that phones are being delivered that had much later delivery dates before phones that have had much earlier delivery dates making me thing it doesnt effing matter what my date says, its at the mercy of when they decide to ship it.
